I am one of those who will search the world over seeking an amazing deal on an automobile to the extent that I have no problem purchasing an airline ticket and traveling across country to find the right vehicle. Living in lower northern Michigan it is hard to find anything that has not been consumed by rust, so bringing one back from the lower states benefits me.Usually I purchase my vehicles from private parties, so when I came across the perfect vehicle and found it at Dream Car Chicago I was a bit skeptical, at first.As a teen I quickly learned if you want to know whether or not an automobile was cared for, or anything for that matter, invest time into getting to know the person selling more than the vehicle. For me, character of the soon to be previous owner was, and is, the most important part of any sell. I called Dream Car Chicago and before asking much about the vehicle I spoke with Erick and got to know him. It did not take long before I found myself laughing and joking with him. He made me feel comfortable as he told me about Dream Car Chicago , how it began, and how much care they invest into each vehicle they purchase and sell. After a good while, of soft negotiations, we came to an agreement. This is not a normal way to deal, but again, Dream Car Chicago and all their family and family like constituents are not in the business of selling just cars, they truly want you to have your dreamcar.Long-story-short, a friend and I drove to Chicago, finalized the deal and leftafter a much enjoyed time meeting everyone. Once home, the first thing I do is to bring it to a dealership and have everything possible on a preventative basis done to it. The dealership stated that it was one of the cleanest cars they have ever seen. This from another dealership is one more feather in Dream Car Chicago cap in my opinion.After investing several hundred dollars getting her prepared for a long life with my wife and me, I drove home, handed the keys to my wife who was on her way to a ladies meeting at the church. On her way home she hit a deer. Yes, it was totaled. After weeks of estimations and conversations with my insurance company, we agreed on a payoff. I MADE $2000.00 after all was said and done.The moral of the story is that Dream Car Chicago knew what they had, yet chose to sell it, sharing the good deal they receiveda far cry from most any dealership I have EVER dealt with in the past.Dream Car Chicago, and everyone I met, is one of the most character-based, morally rewarding establishments I have dealt with. I am so grateful for the time and effort they take to make sure they, and us as customers, receive the deal, care, kindness, and time we all deserve. Thank you, Erick and Dream Car Chicago, for making me a believer that chivalry has not yet gone to the wayside.If you choose to go there, ask for Erick. Tell him Rodney sent ya, please! The perfect model of how to conduct sales and treat customers. I saw a 2007 Jaguar listed and fell in love with it. I live an hour away, so I did as much online research as I could and found nothing but great reviews. I still was not prepared for how amazing the owner and staff are and how much better the car looked in person. I spoke with Alex on the phone to schedule a test drive. He was pleasant and offered some info and tips before I came out. I saw the car waiting for the test drive when I pulled in the parking lot,so I had a moment to look at it before the expected "high pressure"sales pitch began. The pictures online didn't do it justice. It truly was my dream car. I went in and steadied myself for the pressure pitch and quick run through I've received at every car dealership I've ever delt with. There was none of that! Before we took it out Alex gave me the full history of the car and when I was ready we set off on the test drive. Every question was addressed with knowledge, not guesses. The car ran beautifully and is solid. When we came back I spoke with Anna in financing. She is also wonderfully helpful. She knows as much about cars as the rest of the staff,not just paperwork. She walked me through the paperwork and gave me more information about the car. During this process Jason the owner came in, introduced himself,though not as the owner. He was not trying to impress with his title,he let his cars and staff do the impressing, which they have. It's been almost 2 months and 800+ miles later and I love my Jag even more! I've had a few questions since my purchase and when I've called I've been treated like family,given full information as to the what or whys, and always received follow up. They were even gracious enough to help me with cosmetic issues,which is service you don't get when you buy something "as is". Awesome cars,awesome people. I wouldn't go anywhere else but Dream Cars after this experience!

Just wanted to come here and let others know that these guys are the real deal. I mean from start to finish, from sales, to license plates, to follow up after the deal. I had wanted a few extra things done after the purchase and I just could not believe how attentive they were. Thank you Ryan/Brian(?) for filling up the car and cleaning it up after the test drive. Their showroom is pristine, and at first I must admit I was skeptical as the front of their business only shows about 30 cars, but the back of the lot had probably another 90, just as nice as the front. I am just really impressed, its a small team that they have there, and seem more like brothers than co-workers, everyone walking around happy to be there and happy to have you there. I believe that Raphael is one of the owners and he seemed to really be genuine in helping and looked like he loves what he does. Thanks guys, you really made it a great purchase, you will be highly recommended to everyone I know. As a single woman/mom I recommend this place for any type of shopper.

Thank you for a great car guys, as with any used car I was skeptical about buying a used audi with over 100,000+ miles, I'm glad it was from you. I now understand why you have the reviews that you do. Thank you for taking the time and letting me get the car inspected and basically give me time to think about it. Believe it or not this is something so simple yet two of these warehouse fly by night dealers wouldn't let me do. Will be back again when I need another one. Really can't say enough about your guys service from A to Z.

Great cars, and great guys. Went to about 5 dealers looking for a car. These guys could not have been any nicer and any more transparent. They had the carfax ready and printed for me and the car pulled up infront of their amazing showroom. Alex showed me how everything worked and even pointed out some small defects in the paint, it was nice because it never felt like they were trying to hide something from me. When we got back one of the guys sitting behind the counter (Raphael) presented all the service records and everything they did to the car, (tires, brakes, and some suspension part). I think he was one of the owners and was super sweet. Either way, it was nice that Alex was there from beginning to end, was a bit negotiable :-) and got me a 3 month warranty for free. It really took the guess work out of buying the car. I saw 2 other car that were being sold the same day I was there so they much be doing great. Thank you so much for being so easy to work with, you will do great if you keep taking such great car of your customers!!!

By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Jason was friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about the cars. He made purchasing a car fun and easy, which is almost impossible to find anywhere else. As a college student relatively new to the area, I was more than a little apprehensive beginning my car-buying search. After several disappointing visits to other dealers, I found Dream Car. I looked at several cars while I was there, and Jason gave me plenty of time to look over and drive each one. I purchased a 2007 BMW 328xi for a more than reasonable price and I couldn't be happier. Not only did they hold the car for me during the few days I took to get my check from the bank, when I came in to purchase the car they cleaned it inside and out and put in new all-weather floor mats. Jason in particular and the rest of the staff were lovely to work with. They clearly care about the cars and their customers. They also provide excellent and reliable service even after the car is sold. The show room is comfortable, clean, and just plain fun to be around. I will definitely return to Dream Car for all future service and purchasing needs. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks Jason!

I had been looking around for a used BMW for about a year before I stumbled upon Dream car! They have such a Great team here from the salesman (Alex) to the sales manager (Jason) and the guy who handles all the repairs and stuff like that (Rafal I believe was the name). They gave me a great deal on the used 2004 325i BMW I bought from them! This car has been a great investment and I couldn't be any happier. Thanks guys for helping me get a great car! I highly recommend dream car to everyone!

I was driving by recently and saw how much you guys expanded and couldn't be happier. I purchased my BMW from Rafal and Jason when they still had about 30 cars on their lot.
