My daughter recently purchased a Jeep from this dealership and negotiated the deal herself. She was so happy to drive away in a nice used Jeep Wrangler. After a few weeks, her Jeep gave her some trouble and she wrote the owner (Craig) to simply let him know of her issues. Not only did the Dealership take care of the repairs, they stood behind the vehicle 100% and left my daughter as a completely HAPPY and satisfied customer! I not only found this to be refreshing, it convinced me that this is not just another dealership with a bottom line. It is a family owned business that treats its customers right! From the "looking" process to drive out the experience with Durrett Motor Company we nothing short of excellent. We were looking for for a low mileage Jeep for our daughter, originally looking for a few years newer. We looked for several weeks and ended up coming back to purchase this particular because the condition we exception, low mileage and we were very comfortable with the dealership. Our after purchase experience has been just as wonderful as before. We definitely recommend Durrett Motor Company to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle. As a repeating customer of Durrett Motors I can say in the many years I have done business with them and after 5 Trucks and a SUV purchased there I can say that their service is outstanding and the buying experience a pleasure.
