Bronson caught me while I was returning to pickup my Veloster from the service department and told me about their deals going on and even though he was still in training did a great job answering my questions and helping choose a model of vehicle to suit my wife and I's every need.
Sales is wonderful. Finance too slow. Service does not know what is going on. Had my car listed under another name. Took 3 tries to get my tire kit.
I Should Have Been Told that the vehicle I was getting ready to purchase did not have a compact disc player! I did not know this until I got it home and attempted to play one of my favorite CDs...
Overall the dealership is ok, but I feel the add on's should not be added unless the customer request it, therefore I was forced to buy items I wouldn't have if given the choice. Also when doing the finances everything need should be done at the time of signing, not calling me days and months afterwards because you forgot something. I agreed to a price , provided them with everything they asked and signed the contract as such therefore it is on the dealership if they did not request the correct paperwork to obtain a rebate.
I loved every bit of my experience!! Edmond Hyundai made buying my first brand new car the best day ever!!! I will not use any other dealership ever again.
My experience was good. The staff was nice and met all my needs. I will probably do business with them again. This survey on the other hand is annoying that you have to write a 25 word minimum review
The sales man that I worked with was great. He wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The general manager was also extremely helpful trying to get me exactly what I wanted as well.
Great experience, salesman kind and informative. Took time to explain everything. Really like my car. Would recommend the dealership to others. Would come back again. I've said all I would like to say. There should not be a minimum if words to typed this is the one area that needs to be changed. This part I don't like!
I sat at Edmond Hyundai for over 2 hours for an oil change. I had to ask receptionist what was going on after waiting another 30 minutes they bring me my car and receipt of what was done. I drive off thinking my oil is changed 2 weeks later my car dies in traffic, had anybody been behind me at full speed would have ran into me. I got my car towed home to find out i didnt have a drip of oil in my car. I contact Edmond Hyundai to let them know the situation. They told me they would investigate it. So now they basically tell me its ok they didn't do their job and i just jave a case of bad luck. Please make sure you go back with the service guy to ensure they are doing what they say. Apparently i was suppose to check they work after they signed off stating they did.
Did a Great job Edmond Hyundai Keep up the Great work. I look forward to getting my next car here. Love my New Hyundai Sonata Sport.
