Saw a car they had on sale through cars.com and set up an appointment. It's a small lot, but the service was good. They treated me great, were honest about the state of the used car, and got me a great rate on my loan! Incredibly friendly and efficient. If they have a car you want, you'll be in good hands from beginning to end.
Extremely positive buying experience. I have purchased many cars over the years and I cannot remember ever having a more pleasurable buying experience. -immaculate lot/ building -beautiful, clean, comfortable office with sitting area -nice inventory (the cars they have out are as immaculate as the rest of the facility-they bring in nice clean vehicles....every car on this lot is nice. -ownership and staff that makes you feel welcome without any type of pressure whatsoever. I cannot say enough about my positive experience with this dealer. I inquired via email about a vehicle they had listed online. Within 20 min I had a returned phone call from David letting me know he received the inquiry and to let him know how he could help. I eventually made appt to see and drive the vehicle in person.....couldn't have been a better experience. Ultimately, a few days later I purchased the vehicle. I cannot say say enough about David's level of professionalism from start to finish regarding my interactions with him. He made my car buying experience a true pleasure.....professional, knowledgeable, and respectful to the customer. They can't do enough for you at this place.....a true please doing business. I would have zero reservations about buying from this dealer again in the future.
my husband and I just purchased our 2nd car from Electra Auto because of the service we recieve during our first car purchase. We knew that Leigh would find what we were willing to pay. And she did! We purchased a Dodge Nitro and husband lives it! While we were there, i mentioned now we needed to find something for my son for his first car. Well, Leigh showed us a ford escape that was just traded. They went thru the car and fixed a few things that were needed, even went to the registry and had it registered and also had it go thru a new inspection. My son loves his first car, and i feel comfortable knowing its not a lemon! Thank You Leigh and Electra Auto! We will be back!
If you're looking to buy an affordable good quality used car this is the place for you. A business is only as good as its employees, and Leigh is awesome. I've purchased many cars over the years and my least favorite experience is feeling pressured by a salesperson to purchase a car. Leigh is the exact opposite of that. After seeing how low Electra's prices were compared to other dealers, I scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle(2011 Kia Sportage). Leigh was very welcoming and let me test drive and inspect the vehicle privately to get a feel for it.(At that moment I knew I was going to make a purchase based on her customer service, price and quality of the vehicle.) She asked me If I liked it, I said yes, she gave me some details about the car then we started the paper work. I didn't have much to ask because so many of questions were answered while Leigh was explaining the process. This has been one of the best experiences I've had with a dealership and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Electra. Thanks!
Over a year ago I fell in love with the Buick Enclave but me and my husband weren't financially able to get one. About two months ago I got ahold of Leigh at Electra but she didn't have any. After that being said she went out of her way to not only to find me one but one that had all the added features I wanted. She called me into the office right away. It didn't stop there though, her sale skills and customer service just got better and better. Leigh is a pleasure to talk with, she always makes you feel comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxing, not something you would feel when shopping for a car. She also went out of her way to find us the best deal. The dealership is great when it comes to car service too. They make sure everything is perfect with the vihicle before you even leave with it. I will always recommend her, as well as Electra, to anyone I know. Leigh Trowbridge greeted me at the door and from there I experienced thee best customer service! She was straight to the point, clear about the details of the purchase, the documents she read with me, she took care of all the documents explaining every details. LEE was phenomenal sales person needless to say if I ever shop for an other car Electra and Lee will be my 1st choice. She is an amazing person aside from being a sales person trying to get my needs met and they were. From the time I met her till our last Moment she aways kept me in laughter. There is no better feeling than shopping for a car in a place were it feels like you can be yourself and not get judged like those other places. Electra auto in general is a very homey place Lee and her team are the perfect host for a homey place like Electra auto.
