I recently purchased a used 2015 F-250 from an out of state dealer and had Emerling Ford put an oil undercoat on as well as install rear wheel fender liners. The service department was great to work with and answered all the questions that I asked and were able to get the needed parts quickly. The courtesy car to drive me home and pick me up when the work was done was a nice touch and saved the time of my family/friends. Not having my truck for the day (I dropped it off in the early morning and it was done late in the afternoon) was a bit inconvenient, but I was was told what the timeline was right up front, so there wasn't a surprise about that. The only other thing that I would have liked that wasn't done was more of an explanation of exactly what the undercoat was and if there is any special things that I should or should not do because of it.
I've purchase all of my vehicles here! Emerling sales and service is always the best!
