Wife and I were shopping for a new family vehicle since we already had an SUV and a convertible Jag. We found a newly listed Mercedes Benz Brabus Edition S550 advertised at EuroCar. I called on early on Saturday morning and my call was answered by Christian Beyer. Being in the automotive racing industry for over 40 years I was expecting the normal "salesmanship b/s" especially when purchasing a used vehicle. To my surprise I was greeted with total professionalism and factual information. One sales pitch he gave was true, they had received many calls that morning on the car with several individuals saying they were on their way to buy the car. Christian said if I really wanted the car would I provide some form of deposit to protect my position since it would take 11/2 hr to drive to the facilities. I did as requested. Upon arrival the Brabus was parked out front looking like it just came off the showroom floor.....beautiful. My wife fell in love. Upon entering the agency several sales personal were arguing over the car for each had 'deals' working. Christian graciously led us into his office and we signed papers immediately. Afterwards he painstakingly showed my wife and I every aspect of the vehicle, test drove and again went over several facts for my wife. I'm 70 and have purchased many exotic cars in my life of all makes and models, been to way too many dealerships and have endured every sales pitch there is and more. At EuroCar, all we received was professionalism and respect. From the initial greeting to the finance department and back to receiving our keys to the most beautiful Brabus we ever had, Christian and members treated us with utmost professionalism. This is how dealerships should act.. EuroCar really impressed my wife who hates car dealerships like going to the dentist, instead it was like going shopping with an American Express Black card, all fun! I highly recommend EuroCar and Christian if you ever want an exotic car or a high caliber family car, EuroCar has it and most importantly they have professionals like Christian who understand the cars, the buyers and the finance. Beautiful showroom as well... Big Toys!!!!!

The people at EuroCar are simply excellent. And the inventory is unreal. I just purchased an SL63, and it was the smoothest car transaction I have ever had. On many difference occasions, I have been fortunate to have purchased Porsches, Ferraris, and BMWs, amongst other cars, but this was my first experience at EuroCar. Chris was far and away the best salesman I have met. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. I called regarding the SL63 and rather than endlessly go back and forth about the price, we discussed a reasonable number, and when he spoke with Tilo, the owner, we closed the deal over the phone. That's not easy to do even in person, much less over the phone. Chris helped me arrange for a third party pre-purchase inspection and when I went to pick up the car, it had been detailed like it was brand new. I took a close look at the rest of the very high end exotics they have in their beautiful showroom and all of them were in near perfect condition. I come to find out Chris has nearly a 75% retention rate of customers and now I know why. Once there, I met Tilo and went through the process of the paperwork. The entire process took less than 15 minutes. No pressure, no tactics, and no salespitches. Too often, dealerships that sell small economy cars will try to sell a high end car, and the experience is frustrating and/or pressured. That's one of the many reasons I like EuroCar so much, since the cars sell themselves. Ask yourself when was the last time you took time to write a favorable comment in such detail? I wouldn't waste my time unless it was really worth sharing. I will be back to EuroCar to buy my next car, without a doubt.
Great dealer. I bought a Mercedes S550 there. Nothing but good to say. As most know, this is not always the case with used car dealers in general. They sell very expensive exotics and high end vehicles. Luckily they act that way.
Let me start by saying that I never buy cars from dealerships. I always figure I will be dealing with a salesman more concerned with his/her commission then actually helping me with my vehicle purchase, I figure the pricing will be higher and I figure that a dealership won't be as knowledgeable about the vehicle I am buying and its full history as the private party owner would be. That is a complete misconception when it comes to dealing with the folks at Eurocar Inc. Chris Anderson is absolutely a pleasure to deal with on every level. He went above and beyond to make this whole car buying experience absolutely painless. Keep in mind that he is in California and I am in Maryland so I bought the car sight unseen. Any nitpicking little question I asked, he covered right away, including more pictures and research on his part. He made me feel completely comfortable in my decision to purchase from him. The car showed up after a cross country trip as described if not better. Honestly could not be more happy in this situation. I highly recommend Chris and the group at Eurocar! Forget to mention, I also received the car's full maintenance history with my purchase plus got an outstanding price.
Like all of the other reviewers, I was highly pleased with the customer service I received from Eurocar and Chris Anderson in particular. I negotiated a deal with him from overseas on a car and I could not be more pleased after I have received the car. Chris is very honest (from what I've noticed) and straightforward about the cars that he sells. I would highly recommend Chris Anderson and the Eurocar staff for a pleasant car buying experience.
Purchasing a new vehicle is typically not a pleasant experience, especially purchasing one over the Internet sight unseen. After researching Hummer H1s for over a year and dealing with many different dealerships, I was amazed seeing the quality of vehicles offered by EuroCar. Without hesitation, I decided this is where I would make my purchase. Chris Anderson, my sale person, made the buying experience the best I have ever encountered. Chris was extremely attentive and very responsive. I purchased the car in January of 2013 but due to the extensive custom work I wanted, the car was not delivered until May. This project involved 5 different companies working on the vehicle. Chris went above and beyond what I would have expected from other salespersons. Chris assisted in the entire coordination of the project, right up to the shipment date. I am highly recommending Eurocar to anyone in the market for a high end luxury vehicle! My husband and I have been searching for the "perfect" pre-owned Bentley Flying Spur for over a year. With the huge inventory, we found the car of our dreams. Marc was very easy to work with and made the whole experience so easy. In fact, the whole staff were very welcoming. The price of the car was very fair and we had to do very little haggling to get a deal to work for both parties. I would recommend Eurocar to anyone looking for a high end luxury auto.
I just purchased my 2nd car from Eurocar and I dont think I will ever go anywhere else. I bought my 2nd Rolls Royce Ghost and the time they took to make my new car stand out was amazing. I am in love with my new car and have had nothing but compliments since I rolled off the lot. Tilo, Dave, Daniel are the best staff I have ever encountered. They made a big purchase like this even more special by the custom work to make my car stand out. Nothing but class!!! I recommend if you are in the high end car market you dont waste your time anywhere else.
WOW !! CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I purchased my SL500 today from Eurocar....what a fantastic 5 Star Dealership. I called Chris on Tuesday and inquired about the SL500. Chris was fantastic, answered all my questions, without being pushy or high preasure. I asked Chris the value of my car and he gave me a very fair and honest range. I showed up today without and appointment, and the entire staff was fastastic. I chatted with the GM (who is really a great guy), and met the owner Tilo. The finance manger was helpful and honest. The dealership was beautiful,well organized and every car was in near perfect condition. I have never been more pleased with a car purchase. Eurocar has earned a customer for life! I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. Thanks again to the staff...they are the BEST !!
