Everyone I worked with was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars. I felt like they answered my questions honestly, and didn't just say something so I would buy a particular car. I felt like I got a fair deal on my trade-in and purchase price. Would recommend this dealership to a friend.

I went to the Exeter Suburu dealer on Mon and drove my new 2017 Forester home on Wed! It all went very smoothly and my salesman Travis Clement was very knowledgeable and patient, carefully explaining each aspect of the car. He was able to satisfy all my requirements, including finding the model with a color I love. I was able to trade in my old vehicle & Travis personally moved all my gear into my new vehicle. The entire experience was very pleasant. I look forward to future maintenance visits as the dealership is just 15 min from my house.
Travis and the Exeter staff did a fantastic job at helping us trade-up a 2015 Subaru Impreza 5-speed to a 2014 Crosstreck automatic. We were given all of the right information, test drives and a great deal. Exeter NH Subaru would definitely be our first stop when we purchase our next Subaru.

Everyone I spoke with or dealt with directly was polite, friendly and eager to help, with being pushy or obnoxious. Even a small snafu with paperwork was handled professionally and courteously. The Service center was great at explaining the issues with our old Subaru. Upon learning what would need to be done and the cost we decided it would be best to consider a newer car. The sales team was great and helpful. Low pressure which is what we like.
