I recently purchased my 2008 Passat Lux after my 2002 VW Passat was totaled. It was a tough experience as the latter was my first car, and it was going to be hard to top it. It took 2 months to find a newer car, and Jodie Payne made that happen. I felt as if the entire sales department had my back, honestly. Whenever a potential car was traded in, I was notified and came in for a test drive. Eventually, the 2008 Passat won my heart, with the help of Jodie and the service Department, managed by Jeff W. Furthermore, both Brian Price (GM) and Brian (service) spoke with me personally about the vehicle, the servicing it needed, and what they could do to further accommodate me. The entire experience was smooth and not what I expected from purchasing a car from a dealership - my first car purchase was from a private seller, so this was a new experience for me altogether. As a 20 year old college student, I can say that I was treated with 100% honesty and fairness. There were no scams or gimmicks, no shadiness, and moreover, I got the perfect car out of it. Although I did not end up buying a car from Faulkner, I briefly wanted to share my experience. Having dealt with many dealerships in the car buying process, I particularly appreciate it when I come across sales people who strike the right balance of friendly and professional. Jodie was awesome to work with, the deal that was advertised was great, and the car was actually there (I can't say the same for some other dealerships). Ultimately, I wound up buying a different brand of car from another dealership, but if I find myself in the market for a VW, I will definitely go back and see Jodie.

Mr. Shane Cook was the consummate professional. He and the mechanics ensured I was kept appraised of the service on my vehicle. When the replacement of the timing belt was estimated at five hours, Shane immediately offered a loaner vehicle. Shane ensured I knew what issues needed to be addressed at that time and recommended future timelines for replacement of tires. In the past, I was told that oil changes for my diesel Sportwagen should be done at 5,000 or 7,500 which was not in line with the service manual. Shane was precise and extremely knowledgeable of the required inspections.
Staff was courteous and repairs done promptly while waiting. Was impressed with staff and new facility. Facility is near my house which is a nice bonus.
The new building was beautiful and everyone was friendly. Service time was not as long as I had expected it to be.
Would recommend dealership for service to anyone that has a Volkswagen. Service representative was extremely nice and professional. Appreciated his follow up calls.

It was very apparent that the employee atmosphere is very upbeat and they all enjoy what they do.
