Just purchased a 2017 Passat SE and worked with John Green. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. I had planned on buying out the lease on a 2014 Passat, but after working with John decided to purchase a new one. Luis Linero, the Sales Manager, was also extremely friendly and upfront with all of the details. I would ABSOLUTELY buy with Fitzgerald again and look forward to the great service department that John mentioned to us.
Let's say the dealership on west stThinks they can take back a "cash is king" offer After the salesman quits and goes to a no haggle sticker price on a 2005 Scion xB w 141k,unreported body repair, unpainted body repair, mechanical repairs needed, etc... Won't be buying from them..
Robby was nice. Did he tell the serviceman not to taught the bolt which almost caused major damage? Maybe.
On my neighbor's recommendation, I met with Anthony "AJ" Johnson to find the right manual Mazda6. AJ was helpful, patient, transparent, genuine, and responsive.

John was very straight forward and, based on my internet research made an very comptetitive price which I wound up taking advantage of. I love the ease of scheduling service and the customer service the moment I arrive until the time I leave. I have a company car, but would buy a car from them just to go to their service facility.
