Referred by a friend, quickly realized this was a good decision. Relaxed atmosphere, responsive and professional. We felt we could trust the staff, they had a genuine interest in meeting our needs. Even got a guided tour of the Service Area to ensure we knew the layout and location of the waiting area. Well worth the 90 minute drive to the dealership.

I had a very good experience at Flow Toyota today. The salesman Ciprian was awesome and very willing to help. He was willing to listen to my wants and needs and very helpful in trying to find what I was looking for. My experience was great. Even though I didn't buy and still looking I will be back when I decide.

There was no pressure to visit and look at cars. They gave me a good price on a new model within about 15 min. Then I was able to email my counter offers. Picking up the car took about 1.5 hours. It was longer than I'd like but much faster than most dealers do. Overall it was a easy low pressure experience. I would def. recommend this dealer if you are looking for a new or used Toyota.

Came in needing an extra car, went home with 2 new ones.

Flow Toyota treats their customers as if they were family. Once again my wife and I had a stress-free, no hassle experience from our favorite dealership from the moment we walked in the front door till the moment that we purchased our 5th and 6th vehicle in the past 2 and a half years. The staff is very confident and knowledgeable, and make sure you are comfortable throughout your visit. Our future car buying will remain with Flow Toyota and we have and will continue to recommend them to all our friends and family! We drove over an hour to make our purchase. We felt that they were fair and efficient. Now, we have a certified car to drive for a long long time. Highlander hybrids are hard to find. They had one and we were satisfied. Well worth the drive to a non cooperate size Toyota dealer.

I received excellent service, everyone was phenomenal. Cipri showed me the cars I was interested in, I selected the one I wanted and by the next day I had a new car.

This is an outstanding dealership. Upon finding your vehicle on line, the dealership makes it easy to go through the process. Upon entering the facility, you are met by an agent who walks you through the whole process.

One star is actually too good for Flow Toyota. Service is not up to par. They will not call you back when they say they will. They put my wife in a precarious position when they checked under the hood to look at the filters only to not notice that battery acid was leaking from a broken post and had spewed all over the engine. Leads me to believe that they didn't look under the hood or replace the filters they charged her for. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
