I had to have a piece of equipment installed in the brand-new vehicle . The company that did this accidentally damaged the onboard computer. Sal and his team at Ford of Branford were fantastic. They worked relentlessly to resolve the issue and went above and beyond to get me up and running again.

I was very disappointed. Just had to get air in the tire and figured as long as I was there would get an oil change. Didn't charge me as that was my first experience with their repair service. I had just got out of dialysis was there about 10:45 am.Got done about 2:00 pm. Going back to where I get my car serviced they give me a ride home and call when my car is done! They come and pick me up! I would however buy another car there but not for repair!
Highly recommend coming here for a new vehicle. Very impressed with dealership and everyone inside the sales. I would highly recommend talking to Josue. He took his time going over the car with us and had a great personality!

From the second we arrived to look at some of the trucks that thedealership had, we were given nothing short of the best service that could have been provided. All who took part in our sale was knowladgable about what their topic, as well as did whatever they coukd to answer any questions or fix any issues that may have happened.
I gave it all 5 stars, but my service call was just my first 3,000 mile checkup, so I don't have anything special to comment on. However, they were very accommodating and did the job within a time frame good for me. I can't say enough about Tanner Litowski, the salesman we dealt with when I bought the car. He was very helpful and totally NOT PUSHY about anything, which made dealing with him comfortable and we were able to ask questions and get good answers. He researched and eventually found the car I'm happy with. Thanks.
