The personnel in the repairs department was very nice and professional. We went in for a safety recall item replacement and came out with new wiper blades & lights (which were all needed.)

The speed with which I was in and out. An oil change and a new light bulb were done very quickly. I appreciate having my vehicle checked over for safety and reliability.

I am so happy the express lane service guys were willing to wear the purple nitrile gloves I brought in. I am severely allergic to latex and can not have any powder or residue from latex in my car. I was happy the guys understood and were willing to work with me.

The willingness to accommodate my later than expected arrival. My sales person, Deb Westdorp even stayed last and helped me get my rental car back tot he agency after hours. I also appreciated and upfront honesty in terms of pricing and offers.
