I went to Freeland Chevrolet to trade trucks, I checked their website and they had 3 that I liked. I was dealing with a salesman and as we started the financing part, he said that all three had already been sold to a fleet but he would try to get another one. I have gone thru this before with other dealers and they have managed to get another vehicle in a matter of hours. I said "OK". But 3 days later, I have not heard anything from my salesman, and he did not return or respond in anyway from my email. So I contacted him one last time, told him I was going else where to deal and this was the worst experience I have had in over 45 years of dealing with salesmen and dealers and I would never go back. I still did not hear from him, no apology or anything. So, I do not recommend Freeland Chevrolet
The best-selling car dealer I have come across in my 25 years of buying cars. They are quick to answer questions you have and ensure you are getting a quality vehicle at a fair price. Will do business in the near future

My wife and I had traveled to Nashville from New Jersey to visit my daughter at Belmont University. The driver's side low beam bulb went out. I was disappointed to find out this was not a simple replacement. I found Freeland Chevrolet via the GM website and was pleased with the response. Ellis was courteous and got me right in. They had my bulb replaced in 30 minutes and I was back on the road.
It was very easy to book on-line and had plenty of tables and ect so I could do some work while I waited for my truck.
Problem diagnosed. Received a loaner car over weekend until they could get the part and fix it. Above and beyond expectations.

everyone was very nice. Service was handled quickly and I was on my way. Only thing that I did not like, is the fact that I can't observe my car being worked.
