Frenchtown Auto is a nice place to buy a car. The cars look good and drive nice. They offer options and will work with you on the price and any additions that you want to purchase. You have to stay on top of them with follow up and stay on them. If you follow up and its unpreparied call they can get a bit short, the owner is very nice. I had to take my car there after buying it with a problem and they fixed all the problems that the car had. They were very nice, but follow up is difficult.
I contacted Frenchtown Auto and was treated fairly. The owner corresponded to me by e-mail quickly and professionally. All replies were informative and to the point. I would recommented Frenchtown Auto Sales. They were caring and responsive every step of the way. We did not purchase a vehicle, but I would go back to them for future purchases.
Every car I driven had severe problems. From engine issues to floor panels being replaced and extreme amount of wear and tear on the inside. The cars are not priced accurately for the condition of there issues. Sales people deny anything is wrong , if that doesn't work they pass it on to the mechanic that works next door.. The sales men and the owner are friendly but as soon as you start digging a little more they get defensive and show a different side. They do put newer tires on most of the cars and actually have gas in it so you can test drive them. But sprucing up the outside isn't going to hide what is going on in the inside or the under the hood.
Honest, informative, and great service. All staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Great experience buying a used car from great people :)
I bought my Ford FX4 from Frenchtown after a long and stressful hunt for the right truck at the right price. Dealing with the owner Bill was easy and actually a relaxing experience. He walked me through his inventory and didn't pressure me in the least, I truly admired his honesty and the reassurance he gave me with his warranty plan. I actually enjoyed buying a vehicle from a used dealer. wow. Thanks Bill
