This is the second car my household has gotten from Ganley Ford West in the last year, and everything went very smooth both times. I would definitely recommend working with them to purchase or lease your next vehicle. This most recent lease I worked with John Minniti, and he was very helpful and pleasant to work with. John was not pushy at all and helped me decide between three different models. When we couldn't get the pricing to where I was comfortable with, he brought in his manager Frank Waite to assist. Between the two of them and another manager Mike Hamilton, they were able to get me out the door in a 2017 Fusion, Titanium Edition for a great price. Then the final process of closing everything out with Tracy in the finance department was very quick and easy as well. Overall, the level of personalized service and attention to my needs was great and exceeded my expectations. Even the employees that I was not personally working with were all very friendly and welcoming in passing. I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Focus on October 1, 2016. My main sales Rep was Scott Frye and I believe I was helped in the finance room by a gentlemen named Robert OR there was another gentlemen named Scott also. So sorry I didn't catch their last names. All these gentlemen treated me with kindness, all the steps in the purchasing process was explained to me on an easy level where I could understand. Purchasing a car is a huge deal and I always seem to have to go in without my husband or son for whatever reason. (By the way this is my second car purchase from this dealership) and I am extremely nervous. I am glad none of the salesmen rushed me in making a decision. It was in a sense as if they were holding my hand, LOL! I needed this type of attention. I honestly and truly am grateful for the attention given to me. These gentlemen were simply fantastic. I hope they all will still be there when I am ready 5 years from now to get another vehicle. Yes, oh, I am coming back. I also want to give high praise to Morgan Didonna. She listened to my situation and sent me to Scott Frye as my salesman. Thank you Morgan. Thank Ganley Ford West. I really think of all of you as an extended family. God bless you. I love my car. It rides so smooth. It's quiet. My 2012 Ford Focus was totaled in a serious accident on Sept. 14, 2016. When the car was hit, the Ford Sync system immediately dialed 911. Those godsend side airbags saved my husband's life!! Thank you Jesus. The 2012 car is small, but I tell you, that is one of the safest vehicles Ford is making! Great job. We purchased 2 cars this week from Ganley. It was a great experience. We had a not so great experience a while back, and this time we were pleasantly surprised. The new GM was very kind, our sales man was great! They really went above and beyond to get us into the cars we wanted at the price we were comfortable with. They did not pressure or push us. It was really refreshing to work w them and not feel taken advantage of. From our sales guy, to the GM, to the finance department everyone was friendly, professional, and laid back. We will 100% be back for future purchases.

I found a SUV online put information in and I was contacted by Mark R we spoke several times once directly and via texts even twice that morning. I scheduled an appointment to come look at the SUV he comes to his desk asking questions like he never spoke to me before I head was caught off guard he kept trying to tell me about all these other vehicles I was so disappointed and looking at him like he was crazy. My husband was nice so we did look at a car that was dented up dash board coming apart and the best part he pulled the car out and it wouldn't start back up. Funny thing is my husband had said that was going to happen. No thanks won't be back..... I waste of my gas and time. Please don't deal with Mark Z he's an idiot.

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Flex and couldn't have been happier with my experience at Ganley Ford West. My salesman John Minniti was welcoming and willing to work with me and my expectations. He wasn't your stereotypical relentless salesman. The entire team was great from John to Mike Hamilton to Scott Engle. I would highly recommend Ganley Ford West to anyone that's shopping for a great experience and reliable car!

This was by far the best Service call I ever experienced. My Ford Fusion was recalled and the Service Advisor (Frank Kelly) did a perfect job of explaining what was going to be done and how long. My vehicle was done much quicker that I expected and they even washed it. Thank you so much Frank Kelly.

The following is a couple text messages I have on my phone between myself and the sales rep we were dealing with at Ganely Ford West: Sales rep- " You and Darlin will be able to get approved for a car between $8-15K. Minimum down payment is possible as well. " Our response: " Like I said between 7K and 10K with $200 down, finance the rest, for 48 months. Do-able? " His response: " Yes that is do-able " We were lied to. Misled. Plane and simple. I have the proof. We're both disabled. Our current vehicle is breaking down on us and the cost of fixing it is too high for us to do. He said Ganely would get us financed for a pre-owned vehicle. My wife test drove the car and fell in love with it. We though our troubles were over. Then he took that hope away from us. Made us feel like we weren't good enough to be their customer. Embarrassed us. Wasted our time. And brought down our credit score by almost 30 points by running our credit past 14 banks for financing. xxxx, if the first 4 wouldn't, why continue inquiring? Well thanks for nothing Ganely. Next time tell Mark NOT to get people's expectations high BY TELLING THEM they would be approved, and letting them test drive the car, only to drop the " sorry can't get you financed " bomb on them and crushing their spirit's in the process. My wife was in tears all the way home. He had our finances. Our credit scores. He promised, then failed to deliver. Then he sent us to ANOTHER dealership owned by a friend of his that ONCE AGAIN he promised would get us financed. He spoke to the guy over the phone while we were there at Ganely. He gave him our information along with the amount we had to put down, and told us that if we went there we'd be driving a new pre owned car home from this guy. When we got there, the guy asked us for FIVE TIMES the amount of deposit we had to work with. That's a TERRIBLE way to treat customers and prospective buyers. We're VERY disappointed in him and the run around he caused us. Poor salesmanship. Poor customer service. Poor judgement. Thanks for hurting my wife.What I don't understand, is that they sold a brand new car that costs $17000 to my sister, with only $250 down, who is on SSI, and only receives $733 a month. A third of our income, but won't sell a vehicle half that price to us? She's paying over $300 a month for that car, not including insurance, which she obviously can't afford on a $733 a month income minus her living expenses. She will inevitably default on the loan. They must know this. So why sell a brand new avehicle to someone they KNOW can't possibly afford to make the payments, but not to a couple that can, just because her credit is a little better than ours? Credit isn't cash. If you don't have the the income to make the payments, what good is credit going to do you?We can, but they won't. She can't, but they will. Where's the sense in that? They responded to this posting and requested permission to have their sales department contact us, and I said sure. But they haven't contacted us at all. Why offer to reach out to us, only to be forgotten by them? This adds insult to injury. They finally did contact us. Basically it went like this : " When your credit is better and you have a larger deposit, contrary to what we originally told you, feel free to come back to us. " REALLY????????!!!!We've been treated very badly by Ganely. We feel betrayed on a sale that was guaranteed to us, lied to and mislead. I don't care how well known they are or how big, don't deal with this dealer. Deceptive, dishonest, deceiving. Period.Show quoted text

I went to Ganely Ford to purchase a Ford Focus. I initially wanted to get a used car, but with the rebate it was worth it to get the new 2016 Focus. Tonna Davis (Sales) and Frank (Sales Manager) answered all of my questions and had a Focus in the color I wanted driven in from another Dealership. I am very happy with the service and the car which far exceeded my expectations. I look forward to future business with Ganely Ford.
