First time Lexis owner and pleasantly surprised. I own a Porsche so I didn't expect that level of attention to details. I was soooo wrong!The sales rep, John Azarow, was patient, thorough, professional and not once overbearing. He made this purchase, if you can believe purchasing a new car is a pleasant experience, pleasant. The purchase experience did not end there. John has followed up to make sure I'm happy, which I am, and to follow through with some minor items that need attention.
