Friendly, courteous staff. From the scheduling process through checkout this was a good experience. I only bring my vehicles to Toyota of Lakewood.
The staff were all very courteous, and helpful. First time I did not walk out of a dealership because we could not come to a fair price. Fast, the paperwork and transfer process was quick and painless. Great Job!

I have been to the Toyota of Lakewood ranch dealer ship fir service since they first opened. They are located 5 minutes away from my house so it's convenient for me. I must admit that during my other visits; just to get an oil change; they have taken roughly 2 hours. I went this morning because I needed yo be in my school by 11:00am. I made an appointment and got there at 7:20am. Finally a service writer(politely) came up to me. They had about 4-5 advertisements saying that the 5 point inspection and oil change was done within an hour; well, not only did I get there early for my appt thinking that I was going to be out by 8:30am I ended up leaving at 10:15am. They took for ever to get that oil changed. I was. Dry unhappy and to top it off; I was late for my class did not have time to go get my things home. Everyone was super helpful and so kind! I was new to the car shopping experience and no one was jumping down my throat to make a decision. Shelby and Travis were a TREMENDOUS help and I am so glad I had to opportunity to work with them and the Toyota of Lakewood team!
Never...never...never again! Poor service for three visits... Waited 20 minutes for them to take my vehicle (with established appointment) no one ever updated me on my car... Over 2 hours for an oil change... I then had to ASK if they found anything wrong with my car... Yes... Leaking shock and should align it... Never gave me.the option to align it while it was already back there.RUN... Go somewhere else.... Coupons are.not even worth going to this place. Never again!!!

My daughter went to look at a specific vehicle and the Internet salesperson my husband had spoken to told my daughter they were "very busy" and assigned her to a salesperson names Kevin who spent two hours showing everything but the vehicle she drove an hour to go see. Turns out that vehicle was sold while they were trying to upsell her into something different.
Travis Anderson went above and beyond to make this experience better than I expected from past car purchases. He did not use pressure and was very thorough in going over everything.
