Very poor service repair. My car was in service for 4 times with leaking water inside the car. They changed gasket in the window twice - the rubber is not even you can see and feel bumps/ water still leaking/. 4th time I left car for 3 weeks - nobody even call me what's going on. When I called so many times they transferred me to so many people to talk - I asked to talko to manager and it was so many of them everyone was manager - but my car problem is still not solved. When I went so many times there to speak with Scott/ he knows this problem since the beginning/ he was always saying that they housing the water for 3 weeks last time and can't find deffect. I'm really disapointed with Toyota service. I don't know what to do maybe somebody give me any advice.
We have leased 3 vehicles from Glen Toyota now and we have always had a wonderful experience. We have worked with Tom Distefino all three times and he as very helpful, attentive, and great to work with. The folks here in general have always treated us well and have helped us get the cars/SUV's we wanted. We have actually moved south and still drive up to get our cars every two years. This is a top notch dealership, where I know I can find the car I want and not feel pressured into anything.
Every lease I have gotten from Glen Toyota has been a wonderful experience! A car buying experience can be a person's worst nightmare, but buying from Glen Toyota couldn't be better. From the time we walked in until the time we left, we were treated with great customer service. The salesmen weren't pushy or annoying as many sales cars men can be, but rather patient and friendly while giving us ideas that were within our price range to look at. The financing department was wonderful to work with as well, and between coming in, buying, and signing we were in and out within a few hours. Glen Toyota will always have our business!
From start to finish everything was excellent. I went in thinking I could only afford a used car and came out with a brand new 2016 Corolla LE. Dwayne Campbell and the rest of the Dealership made we feel like it was all about me...and since I had not owned a new car in forever it was great when Diondre (I probably spelled his name wrong) sat with me and patiently went over all my new bells & whistles...this is the second time I have bought a car from them and will recommend them to anyone and everyone...
We started out just to look & get an idea of car & price. We really weren't ready to buy. After such GREAT service & information given to us by Salesman, Ariosto (Junior) Rodriguez & the General Manager, Rich Locurto, we drove off the Toyota Lot in a 2016 Toyota. We've purchased quite a few cars in the past. We're 2 seniors, 81 & 80 years old, & never had we had such good treatment from the dealerships we dealt with! Usually it's "Senior Beware" but certainly NOT at Glen Toyota!!!
My 4th visit for routine oil change. People we bought car from recommended we use their service. I was very happy to see that the service/care is genuine, staff is very nice and all questions are answered without any hesitation or attitude.Today's oil change service was coordinated by Nicole Willis who was totally professional and represented Glen and Toyota very well. Nicole has a sense of humor and uses that to help her clients feel comfortable. We definitely did!I don't believe I am saying this but my wife and I look forward to having our car serviced at Glen. This is our 5th Toyota with all others from dealers further east and the best overall experience by far.Coffee machine is great. Newspapers are welcome. donuts -- I love. Greeter-guy who meets you at the service department did a fine job. That first impression is important.Lastly, Brian of the Service Dept helped my wife and I with setting up the digital speedometer (which had stopped working) and the GPS system. the a/c vents and a/c controls were explained by Brian in a slow, instructive way. he wanted to know if wee had any other questions before he got out of the car.We were very appreciative for the great service from Nicole and Brian.
