I have found that most car dealers are sharks which is why I have used Norman to get me and my wife my last 4 vehicles. He always beats what someone else is willing to pay me for my trade, and if not, he is honest and lets me know. With Norman there are no surprises. I have always been happy with his fair prices, and the cars have been clean, reliable and a great value. I have referred him to 3 friends all of whom seem to be happy with him. One car had an issue and Norman paid to have it fixed. He is a man of his word and NOT high pressure, which I like. If you are looking for a square deal from a straight shooter, I would say you will be safe going with Norman and Grand Prize Cars. Each time I buy from him, I realize that it is well worth the trip to buy from him. Interestingly, when I bought the last car, there was someone who flew in from North Carolina to buy a corvette. I did not realize he does business all over the country but I know why. It's because he is great to deal with. Nice, no pressure tactics and fair pricing. All car dealers should be so easy and honey to deal with.
Norman was terrific. I live more than an hour drive from the dealer's lot and in a different state, so Norman brought the car to my house for a test drive. The car, a 2006 Mini Cooper S, was as advertised and even better. Norman brought the car back a few days later to complete the sale. Apparently, Grand Prize Cars cherry picks high end used cars for individuals and dealers. Based on the Mini Cooper that I purchased, Norman has a good eye. I strongly recommend Grand Prize Cars for the quality of their vehicles and for outstanding customer service.
I had a great experience buying my used SUV from Grand Prize Cars. The car was in excellent condition, the price was more than fair, and Norman was great to work with. I felt no pressure into making a purchase. I don't have the best credit, but Norman was able to find excellent financing for me! I felt like this was a win-win purchase! SOLD!! Wonderful buying experience with someone who truly knows cars. Norman is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly, passionate about his product. He answered all my questions thoroughly. When my car was claimed a total by the insurance company, I called up Norman and told him my car needs including a similar car as far an engine to the previous one. He offered a few options that we narrowed down. Fast forward, once the car arrived, he went over the accessories and made sure I was happy before leaving. He even called to make sure I got home ok and ask how the ride was. Thanks Norman!!
