I appreciate that Grappone changed the bank, after paperwork was signed, that they gave me so I could get a better APR. However, it was disappointing to know that it took me making several phone calls and wanting to return my new vehicle to Grappone to get them to enroll me with a bank that had the best APR. I went from Grappone enrolling me with a bank giving me 4.49% to me stating the bank I wanted to be with at 2.24%. Grappone may say that they are hassle free but you will need to negotiate with the finance department to get the best APR because they will initially not give you the best rate.
I'm a long-time purchase and service customer at Grappone and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Sales and service staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and there is no pressure from sales staff. I just had another great experience and I love my 2016 Sonata!

Everything I said about Hyundai service earlier in the survey was because of Grappone. I have never had any experience with the collision dept, service, sales, or even the valet department that wasn't uniquely positive, and I mean uniquely. It isnt because the staff are just friendly. They are genuinely concerned with elling you the car you want, helping you mintain your car to the highest levels of performance and doing it all in a timely, professional, courteous AND friendly manner. I can't say enough about Grappne Huundai. Always a 10 in every category
Great job to all Grapone employees. Dan and all of the sales staff are top notch. Dan made buying a car so easy because he answered all my question and was there for me from start to finish. The service department is one of the best that I have ever used.
