Tony Faraos helped me buy a used car, and he was so relaxing & easy to work with! He was great at explaining everything, and he answered all my questions fully. I also felt like I could trust him. Griffin Ford gave me a great deal on my trade-in, and they were willing to work with me, not against me. I would highly recommend Griffin Ford to anyone looking for a good, honest deal on a vehicle, new or used.
I first spoke with Jorge, who was extremely nice and helpful. He ensured i was choosing the right car for my family. He then let me know that my current car was unsafe. I felt like that was the end since that was a very low trade in. He promised to do whatever he could to help me, and was truely concerned about my family. He then brought me to Samm, who was able to get me financing and a great deal! They were so nice and willing to help that i broke down in happy tears knowing that i would have a safe and reliable suv. They did everything in their power to ensure i left with the vehicle that i wanted, and worked so hard to do so! To top it off, these were two of the sweetest and caring people i have met! I am so used to pushy salesmen who lie to get the car off the lot, and this was not the case at all! They were truely amazing! My family now has a great affordable and reliable car due to their amazing customer service! If you are looking to buy a car COME HERE FIRST! They want to HELP not just push a car on you, and they work very hard to do so. I will never go to another dealership again. GREAT PRICES AND GREAT PEOPLE...YOU CANT GO WRONG!
I purchased a used vehicle from Griffin Ford; the car looked like new and they gave me a fair deal. After I had the car a few days, my Daughter noticed that the antenna on the roof of the car had a large gap between it and the body. I brought the vehicle back and they did an excellent job of repairing it. I was at first concerned that they would not do anything about it, then I was concerned about the repair itself, as the headliner had to be removed. The repair was perfect. I would recommend Griffin Ford to anyone.
Recently purchased a used vehicle from here. Frank was a joy to work with. He listened to all the things I was looking for in a used vehicle and sent me a handful of vehicles to look at online. After choosing one that was the best fit our experience from test drive to purchase was quick, painless, and efficient. The finance department was amazing and had all the paperwork ready. Will be purchasing more vehicles here in the future
I bought a pre-owned vehicle from Dave Nutt at Griffin Ford. He did a great job sharing information about the car on the phone prior to me coming and had it ready to test drive when I got there. He also did a great job working to get my monthly payments where I needed them in order to purchase the car. Later, in the week when I picked up my car, I noticed that there were buff marks from the body shop. I contacted him, and they had someone come in on a Saturday to fix the marks on my car. I was given a vehicle while they were fixing it as well. When I came back to get it, it looked great! I would highly recommend Dave Nutt if buying a pre-owned vehicle and Griffin Ford as a whole for a great buying experience!
I have had horrible car buying experiences in the past. and when I came to Griffin Ford it was a whole other experience from the sales team Jorge to the finance person Katy it was stress free smooth and was beyond my expectations. I got a great car at a great price and great financing.
I walked in to the Griffin showroom at 10:30 AM, and was met immediately by John Lund Jr. I knew exactly which car I wanted to purchase (a used 2013 Ford Fusion), but he wanted to see if he could get me into a new 2016 Fusion. He saw that the used car was a better deal, and we proceeded to do the test drive. He answered all my questions, and showed me little things that made a difference in my decision. When we got back to the dealership, we quickly agreed on the deal for the car. I had my financing all in a row through my CU, and Mike the Credit guy said that if that was the case, there's no reason to try and get a better rate through Ford Credit. The paperwork was done, and I was able to get my CU to cut the check, which I was given a loaner car to go and get. Returned to Griffin, and the purchased car was all detailed and waiting for me. I was finished with the whole process by 3 PM. SO awesome was my experience! Thanks John and Mike!
I just purchased an '08 Escape XLT through Jorge. He had it ready for my test drive right when I arrived. He is personable and kept me laughing. I got more than expected for my trade-in and he promised a free fix for a questionable rust spot. Even while I was waiting for my new vehicle to be detailed, the other salesmen in the office were so nice and welcoming. I definitely recommend Griffin Ford.
This is my first interaction with Griffin Ford, they are the closest Ford dealer to our home. We've visited their used car lot over the past 6 months to find a good, reliable vehicle for our family. We test drove this truck at least 3 times, felt comfortable with the ride, sound, wheels and vehcile responsiveness. The dealer agreed to do fix-ups after the trade-in. Which they did. The fear with buying a used truck are all the potential issues after purchase. We have verbal agreement from Griffin to work with us if anything bad happens. I'm encouraged by their customer support and putting their word behind the relationship.
Excellent and Comfortable Experience I leased a new 2016 Explorer this week from Griffin Ford. My car consultant was Dave Nutt. He was a pleasure to work and took time to understand my wishes and needs. He made my first leasing experience easy to understand and negotiated a financially practical deal with me. I first emailed him in the morning about a potential of leasing and he called me back right away and explained the process. He then went to work looking for all the vehicles within a 600 mi range to find my requirements and had several options for me with a call back within 20 minutes. I feel like I got a good lease arrangement that would better purchasing used - and equal to or better than purchasing new. Dave brought over the vehicles I wanted to view and then suggested an Explorer that had most of the options I desired but was far less in invoice price. I would recommend Dave to anyone as a person that will help understand and will work diligently to serve the customer needs - at the best price. I will certainly deal with Dave and Griffith Ford again!
