When I visit Griffith Motors I feel as though I'm their only customer. They always treat me and my family with respect and kindness. I wouldn't buy anywhere else.
Purchasing a new Buick from Griffith Motors in Neosho, Missouri was easily one of the Top Two new car buying experiences we've had. The previous experience was buying my 2008 Buick from another local dealer. Our salesman, Tom Beaumont, was a perfect match with our temperament. There was absolutely NO pressure to buy, and when we made the decision to do so, they gave us virtually everything we asked for (which was a number of things). The manager who made the trade allowance was great (sorry, I can't remember his name). He gave us an allowance higher than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. During the document signing process, we were not surprised with any costs not already discussed. The closing rep (again, another gentleman whom I cannot remember his name - my apologies) is also a classic rock fan, as we are, and he played songs from our favorite band as we signed the documents, and during a subsequent visit the next day to sign the title to the car we traded, which had been previously overlooked.In the end, we will definitely be back to Griffith Motors for our next new vehicle. My wife loves her new Buick Encore and it was pleasure to make the deal. The next new vehicle we purchase will be mine. We are relatively new to the Neosho community, having moved here in the summer 2013. We did not have a previous relationship with any car dealer in town and, considering Griffith Motors sits a quarter mile down at the bottom of the hill from our home and also considering they sell Buicks - our favorite car brand as we now have four Buicks in our immediate family - it was a no brainer to stop in to see what they could offer us. We do not regret it. HIGHLY recommend this dealer. A++
We made a mistake about the appointment time, and we were worked in. Everyone was great, as usual. We will use Griffith for our next vehicle purchase and recommend it to everyone we know. Jordan and Mike really know their stuff in the maintenance area and it is always a pleasure to see them

The staff was friendly and courteous. My routine service was completed as expected. Waiting area was pleasant. Overall, a positive experience.

Not much more to say here with an organization that has always treated me very well and in my eyes rates not only Five Stars & Two Thumbs Up ... but they deserve to have a parade in their honor as well. Keep up the good work Griffith Motors.
We didn't even plan on buying a car the day we went to Griffith! Aaron is awesome, got us a great deal on our trade and I drove away that day in the exact car I wanted! This passed weekend we were leaving town for vacation and the radio was acting up. I called Aaron, took the car in, with the promise of a loaner if my car wasn't fixed! No need though! I was in and out quick! Great customer service! Friendly staff!
Jordan and Mike in the Service Department are great. I have taken my vehicle only to Griffith since purchasing it in 2010.
Enjoyed doing business with Robb. He was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would certainly deal with him again. Chad was great to do business with. He answered all my silly questions and was very patient and kind. Good company to do business with.
