Exceptional buying experience at Gunther Delray Beach. I finally felt like the dealership, sales associate (Anthony) and finance manager were on "my" side.
I came to the dealership looking to buy a certain used Volvo that I found on line. When I called, Anthony told me that it had been sold but would I be interested in looking at a 2016 model . I stopped in and left with a beautiful new Volvo XC 70. Between Anthony and the Gunther team, my buying experience was fabulous. I was treated very well, and can't say enough kind words about the dealership. I've purchased many autos over my lifetime, and this was easiest by far.
Couldn't be better. Colby Williams was great to work with. I showed up at 7:30 PM, they close at 8. He took great care of me and let me drive the two cars I was interested in. We made a deal that night! Took a while, but none of the stress I recall from previous purchases. Finance Manager, Gabriel worked tirelessly to get me the best rate. I drove home in my new Volvo about 11:15 pm, all prepped and ready to go.

I traded my Volvo C70 for a XC60. The salesperson was very busy but nice and not pushy . The financial manager a great guy. All in all a good experience. I hope to get a good deal when my lease is over because my traded car was paid off. So this is a new scenario for me.
Car shopping has always been one of those things I dreaded doing...until this past Tuesday. Our salesman, Tony Corsentino, made the whole experience the smoothest, most hassle-free transaction ever. He's patient, easy-going and has a thorough knowledge of VW produjcts. There should be more salesmen like him.
I like how the collaborative efforts of the Volvo team made sure that I was pleased with the car of my preference. Brian, my new car salesman, is an asset to the Volvo dealership along with the Volvo team. They are professional and listen attentively to customers' selections of choosing the right car at the Volvo dealership. Furthermore, without ever meeting me at the onset, I was amazed at how Brian picked out a car that I could possibly like. Based on our communication/discussions via text messages and phone conversations, Brian was able to narrow down the search of finding the right vehicle for potential customers. He takes time in his busy schedule to send a couple of photos of cars via text messages, when possible. To my dismay, one of the cars that caught my attention in the showroom was, in fact, the car Brian sent me in a text message a couple of days earlier. It was difficult to decipher when other cars were similar in color to what he text me when I arrived a few minutes early to find a car that I liked before the sales office opened. At any rate, Brian confirmed that the car that I also liked was the car that he sent me via a text message. However, I knew the description of the car that I really wanted and I shared this request with my car salesman and his wonderful team. It is a similar car to my previous car and it is the car that I was granted. How divine! Brian, Brandon, Jorge, and Mr. Gunther work together tirelessly to bring joy to Volvo customers. They are happy to be of service to their customers and offer assistance, if needed. I have been a loyal Volvo customer for approximately 18 years. Due to the fact that I have been committed to purchasing cars at the Volvo dealership for many years, I do not have a problem driving a distance to purchase cars and take my cars for Volvo Service.
