The ad looked way too good to be true. I received calls and emails immediately after my inquiry and closed a lease deal right away. The day we arrived at the dealership to sign the papers we were made to wait 45 minutes (even though Pete knew we were coming). I was promised 12000 miles/year when paperwork came through from VW it showed 10000. I questioned this and still 45 days later waiting for the correct miles reported.Nothing was programmed in the car as promised and when I questioned this the answer was "Make an appointment with Service - they'll take care of it". Well I don't have time for that right now and wanted the windows programmed ahead of time.The sales manager is NO longer working here and the new manager is just as bad, promises - and never returns phone calls.

Neil Simon, Sales, Don Calilap, Finance were extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't exert any pressure on making a decision. But were helpful in explaining all the benefits. These two gentleman would be the reason I would return in the future and will give their names to friends and family

This is only the second time I have got a new car. But after the experience at Hamilton Volkswagen, it may be an experience I repeat often.I went in on Saturday afternoon at 3:30 p.m, and met with Pete Capriotti. It was literally the easiest thing I have done all year. He was no-nonsense, got right to the best deal, and within about 15 minutes I knew that my Passat was my new car.Pete made it so easy, and he was very friendly as well. I have told everyone how easy and great it was. Plus, I got a fantastic deal.

My wife and I came into Hamilton Mazda in January of 2016 looking for a new CX-5. We were greeted by Michael Wills, who despite being near closing time, offered to take us on a test drive. Immediately I knew this dealership was customer focused when Michael told me to drive the car wherever I want and how long I want. We came back the next day and to work out a deal for the vehicle. Michael and his co-workers gave us a great price and we signed and drove off with the car that day. This truley was the best dealership experience I've had so far. Michael was personable and definitely not your typical car salesman. Don Calilap, the finance manager, laid everything out clearly and easy to understand. This dealership should be a model for how others operate.

This was my first time buying a car on my own and My experience was amazing. They weren't aggressive/ intimidating at all, Peter C made the process go as smooth a possible. I got a great car in my price range with payments that were manageable. I love my new car

Just bought my second car from Pete at Hamilton VW. He's the best, so happy with my purchase! No hassle, wasn't pushy, worked with me and what I needed. Such an easy going dealership. They treat you like family. Will definitely buy another car from them when my lease is up!

Our salesperson, Neal Simon, has always come through for us, and the entire team, from the finance managers to the service department, have been uniformly top-notch. Having had several negative car-buying/servicing experiences before, working with Hamilton Mazda has been a continuous breath of fresh air.

I saw a used car online and came in just to check it out and ended up buying it that day. Peter Capriotti was extremely helpful along with all of the rest of the staff. They were able to make it work through my price range, and made the experience quick and easy, explaining things in terms I understood. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.
