just experienced some pretty inadequate salesmanship from this company. if the "front line" is this shoddy, i can only imagine what the product may turn out to be. would not recommend this company in the least.

The best car buying experience for me ever!!! I bought a fifteen year old car from these folks (albeit only 33,000 miles) and a car that is known to be a little temperamental. I had a few issues within a couple of hours of driving away and ended up having a list of items that needed attention. THawley Motors never got fed up with my list and over the weeks have resolved every issue all free of charge without a murmur of complaint. Not once did they ever invoke the "you bought it as is what did you expect" The car was not an expensive car compared to others on the lot but the attention and courtesy afforded me was way beyond what I have ever experienced from a car dealership and even better than other experiences that I have had - even buying new. The two Dan's are easy to deal with, straight forward and honest people. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone looking for a great deal and a great buying experience.

Visited Hawley to purchase a corvette. Ending up purchasing a vet and asked about warranty since it was used. The owner said limited warranty but if anything happens within 30 days we will stand by it. Well my car had 3700 miles on it and after driving it for 7 days the car did not start right away. Took it back to Hawley and they said take it to our mechanic and we will take care of it. Mechanic said it needs a new fuel pump and it will take a couple of days to get part and then 11 hours to fix. Should not be a problem because this will be covered. I did not hear from the mechanic for 5 days so called and he stated he was waiting for Hawley to give approval. Finally after 10 days I went to the mechanic and asked what was going on. Said Hawley has not approved yet. I drove to Hawley and they said it was not covered and they would not pay $1500 for the repair. I could not believe this especially since I have been without my car for 10 days and they did not have the guts to tell me. Anyway DO NOT buy a car from this DEALER. They don't care what happens after you drive off the lot.

I had a great experience. I found a C5 corvette with extremely low miles online and emailed some questions. I got a response the following morning and drove down to see it a day later. They were friendly and courteous from the moment I arrived. The car was exactly as described and I found the whole process to be smooth and worry free. They went out of their way to allow me to take the car home the same day even though it was a bank holiday and I couldn't move any money till the following day.

I bought a 2000 Ford from Hawley Motors and it was a very pleasant experience. The van was every thing they said it was and very clean. I will keep them in mind when I am looking for another vehicle even though I will have to drive about 80 miles.

I've been buying cars for the last 40 years and this was one of the best buying experience's I've ever had. Staff was considerate, patient and any issues with the car were rectified quickly. I'd recommend anyone to go there

I've been buying cars from the Hawley's since the early 90's, it's always easy and they always stand behind their cars. Unlike other car buying experiences they're quick, efficient and helpful. In the past, if something happened just after a purchase, they always worked with me to get a repair done and in some cases they covered the whole cost. I was strapped for time on my most recent purchase so I signed the deal I wanted and told them, "if you can make that happen, bring the car to me tomorrow." By lunchtime the next day my new car was delivered to my work along with the paperwork, we did it in my office in about 15 minutes!! Dan and Dave are the best!!

I can only say. Make sure that 100% of everything works on the car before you sign the papers. Should anything not function be prepared to pay a mechanic to do repairs plus parts. My cost? A WHOLE lot more than what I expected and learned a expensive lesson.
