Let me start off by saying this dealership has got to be one of the best in the US! First and foremost, their customer service is of top quality! Normally the car buying experience is long, tedious and can also be frustrating, but with Hendricks, they really put their customers first! This was my second purchase of a Cadillac with them and I could not have chosen a better place! Huge shoutout to Eric Herring & Kevin Green as they were the main contributors to my satisfaction with my experiences! Their patience, empathy and professionalism helped smooth the process. You will not go wrong with this facility if you're looking for a Cadillac, Buick or GMC vehicle! Needless to say, I am happy with my new '16 Cadillac Escalade and I thank you Hendricks of Cary!
My wife and I purchased a 2015 Tahoe from this dealership. I worked with Charles Carter, Eric Herring and sales manager Mike Douglass. Charles and Eric helped us with the purchase and both of them were very professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle. After a little bit of friendly trash talking with Mike we agreed on the final cost. We finalized the deal well beyond closing time and Mr. Eric stayed there to familiarize us on the functions of the Truck. At this time I can honestly say I had a good experience at this Hendricks.
