I dropped my truck off on a friday to get the oil changed. When I returned, 5 hours later, at 2pm they had not even started. They assured me that the would get it done that same day. Rather than wait another 4 hours I just left. I'll never buy a new ar from them because of their horrible service department. What would happen if I needed work that was complicated or had to be done by the dealer? If an oil change is over 5 hours a difficult job could take weeks.
I was working on the Internet trying to get prices from a couple of dealers, this being one of them. I had found a vehicle that I liked and being five hours away I figured it would be much easier to deal over the Internet and through emails. All I got was a bunch of garbage and never received a price for the vehicle I was looking at nor did I ever receive a trade value for my vehicle. My boss, don't deal with them!!! Find a more reputable dealer that will talk to you through email if you were wishing to purchase that way.
Will never buy another car here and when my warranty is up, I sure won't be using their service department. Unfriendly, unorganized and just plain rotten service. They messed up my car while doing a warranty repair. They never called me the replacement part was in. I finally get my care there, I wait over 30 minutes to speak to a service person. The courtesy van left without me, taking a lady that had just arrived to work...they told me would be another hour before he came back. Took my car and left. They finally came to my job to get it BUT NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED FOR ALL THE TROUBLE AND IT WAS THEIR FAULT I HAD TO MAKE THAT TRIP IN ANYWAY.
Have been a past customer with service Dept. With good services. Have a 2014 3500 Ram which came up with a DEF warning problem as traveling back into town. Called service Dept. and was told to bring it right in. Upon arrival was told they wouldn't do any service and go somewhere else. With the count down warning indicator less than 50 miles, this is unacceptable. With no suggestions of another dealership no can't go anywhere.
Michael was very helpful, speedy, and courteous, despite it taking me awhile to pick my perfect car. I love Hendricks auto mall and will recommend to all of my friends and family.
This was my first time purchasing a vehicle online. Mike made things go effortlessly. He worked with me on getting the right vehicle, even when I switched up midway through the process. He even secured and went the extra mile helping me get finaneed. Mike made arrangements to get my vehicle shipped to my door at an excellent price. He recently sold my family several vehicles over the last 6 months and has earned all of my future business. Great job hiring this guy he make you feel important and appreciative. Job well done.
When I first walked on the lot I was unsure of what I truly wanted and a young man name Michael Jenkins came out and spoke with me and toke the time to help me make the right decision on vehicle so I am loving my red jeep wranglet.
Would like to recognize and Thank Michael Jenkins for handling my seventh vehicle purchased from Hendrick that was handled by him and my thirteenth from Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Michael and I have been doing business together so long, that on my current 2016 Ram 2500 purchase I called Michael and told him what I was looking for. Within 30 hours I had the vehicle that I was looking for. Purchased it without seeing it. That's how attentive Michael Jenkins is to your request and needs. Super Person and Salesman. Great job Michael.. Highly recommend him to any of my friends, family or co-workers.
My Brother and I Both have purchased a 2016 Challenger R/T within the past couple weeks. My experience with Hendrick has been great, I also Purchased a Red 2013 Ram Express from there a couple years ago. Had nothing but great experiences with Hendrick Sales and Service staff.
Want to be lied to go here. I called 4 times over 2 weeks to make sure they had the part and could accommodate my motor home. Assured they could do my airbag recall right away. Drove my motor home over 45 minutes and then was told it was a much bigger job than they thought and I would have to wait all day. Returned home then called the Dodge airbag recall #800. It's a less than 1 hour job. Less than 1 hour. Why did they lie? Good question. Ask them. I'm a single older woman so I guess they figured they could lie. Never ever go here for service. Even the other customers waiting said the same thing. Horrible service. The lie was so outrageous in the face lie I'm surprised lightning didn't strike him.
