I took my car in for its first service today and the experience was very good. Matt was able to work with me on the price a little to help fit my budget. I will definitely be back again.
I took my car in for its 60k service, which is a bit one for my model. I was very happy with the competitive pricing of the service. Matthew Wobbleton was my service advisor and he was great. Very knowledgeable and courteous from the get go. He helped explain future services and even had my car washed for me. I will definitely be back.

I was a Valley customer and when they shut down I wasn't sure where to turn. It only took one visit to Heritage VW in Parkville to know that I was in the right place. Everyone was very polite and attentive to my needs as well as my car. I would definitely recommend them and will look forward to my next service visit.
I brought my car in because I was having engine problems. I was able to talk to Matt Wobbleton on the phone before bringing it into the shop. He let me know what to expect before coming into the shop. He was there when I dropped off my car, listened carefully while I explained everything that was going on and scheduled me a ride on the shuttle. He kept me informed during the day as things were happening. When the service was done, he called to let me know and scheduled the shuttle to pick me up to get my car. From start to finish the service I received as fantastic. The facility is clean and well maintained, while I did not stay while my car was being serviced I know that I would have been comfortable in their waiting area.
Matt Wobbleton was a great service advisor. He's a very knowledgeable and helpful asset to your establishment. I would be pleased to have him help me with any of my service needs in the future.

I always fret having my car serviced because this dealership is further than others for me, which usually means I have to figure out how to be with out the car for the day, but I trust this shop more than other local ones. Matt was really helpful scheduling my service and making sure drop off and picking up was convenient for me and that the service was done on time. Also they had LaCakerie cookies!! So delicious.

I purchased my GTI Autobahn from Melissa Cole (salesperson) and Gabe Walman (sales manager) in late August 2016. They were both very pleasant and professional. I was very happy with how they treated me--with respect and candor. I would definitely buy another car from them. I'm a very deliberate, price-sensitive customer, and they did not rush me at all, which I appreciated.Very soon after I took delivery of the car, an issue requiring warranty service arose. Matt Wobbleton, my service advisor, has given me excellent service. The technician who went for a drive in my car with me was also very nice (I don't recall his name). Though my car has been at the service department for a total of 30 days, Matt's great service has encouraged my patience as the technicians address the very complicated issue with my car. I've appreciated always having a nice loaner car to use, as well.
