Jonathan Velez, was very helpful and accommodating gentleman. He went out of his way to get my husband and I what we wanted. Manual cars are no longer easily available, but Jonathan & the other staff at Subaru made it possible for us.

The dealer made me comfortable when I'm buying my new car. They are friendly especially Chito, he's the one who assist us when we were looking our car. He approach us quickly and made us comfortable. He works great, he explained to me everything I need to know. I would recommend Chito to any one.

Chito was very pleasant and patient with me with buying my new 2017 Subaru Forester. He took his time to explain to me all the necessary gadgets in the car. I needed to know how everything works before I drive the car home this made me feel very comfortable because I am 78 years old and not too familiar with modern technology. I would highly recommend Chito to anyone.

Chito was helpful and friendly in the store and on-line amid the emails we sent back and forth. The car was a big upgrade for me (my previous car was a lot older and many new bells and whistles come with a new car) so I found Chito to be patient and knowledgeable in teaching me all of the new things that my new car has. Most important, he was not pushy at all, just wanted me to make informed decisions about StarLink and various dealer installed options.One little thing stood out that shows their attention to detail: the back trunk mat was still wrapper in plastic, which I had them remove. But I learned that they have found some people like it wrapped in plastic so that they know it is new, so they keep it on until they take it off in front of you. Hudson Subaru's personnel was very friendly through the whole process and paperwork. I found they did a good job in explaining options that were best for how I plan to use my car.Finally, I really like my new car. The combination of quality and safety is outstanding.

Chito was great. We went in looking to get out of our current lease 6 months early because it was a lemon. We told him what we were putting down and the monthly rate and he made it happen (and believe me, we are frugal!).
