My wife was looking for a SUV, and we have been looking, We came to Infinity , as we got out looking at the inventory, Sales Zach approached us and ask for assistance to help us, who was Awesome, showed us some cars and took us out, and now Owners of New2015 Qx60, Working with him and Jerome , made it possible, Glad to be Part of the Infinity Family, and my wife love's it.Thank you

I started by looking online on Carguru which led me to the Infiniti of Dayton website. Their website was very nice and very easy to get ahold of someone to assist. I was put in touch with Christian K. who made the entire car buying experience something I actually enjoyed. He helped get information and pictures of the car I wanted to see before ever coming in. There was never pressure to agree to anything I wasn't comfortable with. It was easily the best car buying experience I've had and my family will be a customer of theirs again in the future.

Infiniti of Dayton's body shop handles all of the body shop work for Bob Ross Fiat. I own a 2015 Fiat Abarth that had a minor hood alignment problem and originally took it to the FIAT dealership but they weren't comfortable making the adjustment and recommended that I take it to the Infiniti dealership down the road that handles all of their body work. I didn't have an appointment but Paula at the front desk was very nice and got the car into the shop. The techs did a great job and got my hood perfectly aligned in very little time.

The salesmen at Infiniti of Dayton Used cars were very nice, however, the car they sold me had a bad transmission after 20k miles and they said nothing. The used infiniti EX had supposedly been inspected, but clearly was not! I didn't want to risk it, so I purchased the $1000 certification, and it's a good thing I did. My local dealer replaced the transmission for free, but these Dayton guys are just deceitful to have done this. There was no mistaking the black, sediment filled transmission fluid; they could not have accidentally missed this so I wanted to warn others!

Our sales person was Tina and my husband and I have bought many cars over our 33 years of marriage and I would have to say this was the best experience we have ever had in buying a car. Tina was not pushy and very professional and made us feel very good about the dealerships service and devotion to the customer. She also explained every thing in detail. We felt we were treated very respectful and the other staff were very friendly as well, opening doors for us and offering us drinks and donuts. We brought our car in for service and the customer service was great in this department as well. We would highly recommend you dealership and believe you take pride in the people you employ there we can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was so glad we found the car we wanted at your dealership.
