We recently purchased a new Infinity GX60 from Infinity Stuart. It was one of the best car buying experience! The entire staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make the buying process as easy as possible. They made sure our toddlers (2 and 4 year old) were entertained while waiting, our kids were given toys to play with and they even provided dinner for us. We could not have been more pleased with the process. The car we purchased is beautiful and we have received a very good deal. Thank you Tommy, Rich, Daniel, Joel and everyone for your kindness and professionalism!

Chad was excellent and has been since I have been going to infiniti of Stuart. The service department has never tried to exaggerate any of the problems. They have always been upfront and honest about things and, as a customer, that is very important.

My husband and I had just purchased an Infiniti somewhere else (a non-Infiniti dealership) and we needed an extra key fob made. On a complete whim, we stopped in to see if you could help. The service dept was minutes from closing and we half expected to be told to come back the next day. However, we were met very enthusiastically and were completely taken care of, even though it meant your service employees staying an extra 30 minutes. I cannot stress enough how appreciative we are. Instead of being made to feel like an annoyance, you made us feel very valued and special. Tyler Archibald was the name of the person we dealt with the most and he is a gem of a person. We will most certainly be bringing our new Infiniti back there for service in the future.
