I will make a long story short. i almost traveled to Virginia to buy a car that had a clean carfax but had been in a wreck. i feel the salesman (Richard) and the dealership knew the car had been wrecked. A mobile mechanic (auto analyst) saved me a trip.

Worst Use Cars salesperson ever - Amir Malik was helpful at first having a car I was interested in taken to a local dealer for one of my mechanic friends to check it for me. It's when I told him that I did not want to buy it, is when I saw a completely different person. All because it obviously had rear damage. Undercarriage was destroyed, trunk not lining up with bumper, and bumper missing clips. He immediately started yelling at me accusing me that I stole parts from the car. He told me that I was a waste of his time. Extremely rude and hung up the phone on my face. he threaten me if there were parts missing he would call the police? I was in complete disbelieve to get treated this way. I have a government job, I will not ruin my career to do such thing! Please beware from this dealer as I read other reviews on here that they do try to sell cars that had been in accidents, also NEVER trust CarFax 100%. not everything gets reported to them.

Ive been looking at a replacement car for the last 45 days and have test drove the BMW X5/X6M, Tesla, Mercedes GL, and the Infinity QX80. I was also interested in the V8 Range Rover Sport as a friend of mine really likes his.I had tried to look at Land Rover Chantilly (Virginia) in mid-December but there wasnt anyone available to assist us as both of the sales staff were busy with others. Given the Holiday season, I brushed it off and decided to come back when there would be less traffic. A few weeks later I stopped by with my family (wife and three kids) and a Salesman named Richard started talking with us. I had run into some bad experiences with other dealerships not having the model or the engine I was looking for. Every vehicle I looked at had high power (greater than 300hp) and at least the potential for additional seats (7). It turns out that Chantilly only had one V8 and none of the 7 passenger options in the Range Rover Sport (or Supercharged). Richard then tells my wife and I that it is a very limited option that nobody wants but we could order one if we really wanted. I really wanted to see it before putting in an order but I decided to move on.The next issue was some confusion on our part. I was interested in the HUD that is on modern vehicles and my wife had found a site indicating that it was available on the Range Rover. Richard immediately informed us that we were wrong (he had been working there for 26 years) and that it is not offered as an option at all. When my wife showed him the youtube video and site, he snapped at her saying that the site was in the UK and they have different options. Fair enough on the point (information is why you go to a dealership after all) but I felt like he was rude to her and could have handled it better. We asked if we could test drive the V8 and it turns out the only one they had was on the floor. It seemed to stress out Richard to have to move the vehicle outside. It took them about half an hour to move the car outside. I suspect they hoped we would just go away as Richard didnt even once stop by to check on us in the 30 minutes we sat there. Once it was outside, we ran into another issue There were five of us, plus Richard, and not enough seats. My previous experience with Mercedes and BMW had been test driving without the Sales person but Richard quickly informed us that we would have to do this in shifts as he had to ride with us. Okay, maybe there rules are a bit different at this dealership so my wife and I decided I would go first (with the kids) since I was the one that wanted to procure. It was awkward the way it was handled and I think Richard could have said something earlier. For the next part, it is important for you to know a bit about the location. This dealership is nestled in with numerous others in a circle that is about a mile in circumference. I started the drive and Richard quickly told me that I could only drive on the circle as they didnt allow any open road testing at all. I was stunned. I took the BMW X6M home for 8 hours (with the option of overnight). Every other car I had test drove, including the Tesla, was out on the open road. I told Richard that Im not going to make a $100K buying decision based on a ride. Richard turned red and said that his customers didnt want high milage vehicles and it had to stay in the circle. I obediently took the vehicle back to the dealership and Richard asked as soon as I parked if I wanted to let my wife drive it in the circle. I repeated that we cant make buying decisions like that without a real test drive and this time he snapped at me in front of my kids telling me I dont have to tell him again. He informed me that he heard me the first time. The tone and the red face silenced my children and embarrassed me in front of them. If the dealership has a policy of not allowing open road testing, it is their decision to make. I think that policy is a mistake but not enough to write this letter. Where it went over the line in my opinion was Richard snapping at my wife and I, embarrassing me in front of my children, and making us feel unwelcome at the dealership. There are three other dealerships in the area and my advice would be to make the trip into one of them (like Tyson's). I decided not to let a bad sales person ruin my experience and I ended up buying my Land Rover at a dealership that valued my business.

From the moment I sent an email request for information, Sean was extremely helpful. He walked me through the suttle nuances of the differences between the models. Sean afforded me every opportunity to drive each vehicle I was interested in. He was extremely honest, helpful, and patient. The entire team there was professional! If you are in the market for a Range Rover Evoque - don't waste your time with any other dealership - if you want the best, Rosenthal Land Rover of Chantilly is exactly the buying experience you deserve.

One of the very few dealership that comes with a problem solving attitude, they made us feel like a truly valued customer. We are new in US and were struggling to get a car, however fortunately we came across Mr David Haan and Mr. Drake who made it very memorable experience for us thank youRina Jha

Thanks to Rosenthal Jaguar dealership in Chantilly for making my sales experience one of the best I have ever experienced. My sales guy Sunny was very honest and up front with me. I even recommended him to my staff in the office. As a matter of fact even the GM helped me to go thru the process of car buying a very memorable experience at this dealership which I have never experienced before at any other place. My car was ready as promised. Thanks to you all.

When trying to make and offer on a $50,000.00 XKR through my Canadian Dealer we received no call backs after they were promised we would. Sunny and Richard were completely disinterested in negotiating or even dealing with us. I have purchased many cars through my dealer and neither of us have ever been treated with such disrespect and dismissal. After not receiving call backs from Richard, when leaving messages that we would like to make offer. Out of frustration my dealer called and asked for the general manager so we could get an offer in. He was directed to a gentleman named Sunny who turned out to be a sales person not the general manager, we later learned. Sonny promised to call us back to discuss and offer and never did. We felt completely confused but also lied to. We were directed to a sales person when asking for the GM, the sales person never declared he was not the GM and promised to call us back and never did.The experience was so bad in fact that my dealer told me he had a bad feeling about the dealer ship based on the way Richard and then Sunny were conducting themselves. it was completely unprofessional and something we had never experienced with legitimate dealerships. My dealer's discomfort caused me to search for and read reviews about this dealer ship and I discovered that Sunny in particular seems to have misrepresented the truth to others as well. We are trying to buy the car sight unseen and ship it out of state, so trust and truth are imperative.I have seen where others were told the used car they were interested in or even purchased from this dealer was in great shape only to discover it had been in a collision and damaged. I only buy from dealerships that represent the manufacturer of the car I am seeking, hoping that the ethics of the brand will be represented at the deanship. This experience and those of others at this dealership make me seriously question this logic. I will be contacting Jaguar USA and asking if this is how they wish their brand represented even when dealing on a relatively inexpensive pre-owned Jaguar at one of their dealerships.

I reside in a suburb of Chicago and I was working a deal with this dealership on a Vapor Gray 2010 Jaguar XF Supercharged (last 5 of Vin 59821). I was working with Sunny, the sales guy and Jeremy Lustig, the general manager. Since I am skeptical about making such a large purchase for an item sight unseen, I asked Sunny for written confirmation that the car, which has only 32k miles, had no paint or body work. He assured me in at least one email that the car was in immaculate condition, with no paint or body work. However, Jeremy would not provide me with a written statement acknowledging the same. He also wouldn't give me a 3 day money back guarantee if the vehicle did not pass inspection by my local dealership. But he did certify the vehicle as I asked him to do as part of the deal. I know that vehicles that have been in accidents cannot be certified. So I thought that I should be ok. But I decided to contact a body shop in Chantilly to inspect the vehicle for me. WOW! I am sure glad that I didn't return the signed paperwork as I was planning on that day. The shop found that the car was previously involved in a wreck! The front and rear bumpers had been painted and every panel on the passenger side had paint and body work. Also, one of the wheels was bent and looked like someone tried to repair it with a hammer. There was also paint over spray on one or more of the windows!! I am contacting Jaguar USA to report these crooks. The car fax and auto check show no accidents BUT that means nothing. Both Jeremy and Sunny are liars and crooks!!! Attached is a copy of the inspection report. I sent the report to both Sunny and Jeremy Lustig so they legally should have to disclose this information to any prospective buyer of the car. Avoid this place!!! They will do and say anything to sell a vehicle.
