We usually don't like the new car buying experience. We want to be told the absolute best price and the absolute best rate if financing through Ford, but usually there is a game of negotiation where the salesman tries to get the most out of the customer without chasing him off. We hate that and left another dealership because that was what was going on, even to the point of the salesman asking us what would he have to offer to keep us from leaving, and when we told him, he said, "can we split the difference?" We didn't answer, we just left and will never go back. At Jarrett-Gordon, our salesman was open, honest at quick. He gave us one quote. We thought about it and agreed. Same with then proposed interest rate. We had a cheaper rate, but he didn't offer to beat it. We had told him that would kill the deal for us. So, we bought the car with our financing, and we will shop here again when it's time for another car.
Everyone is always friendly and willing to help. The waiting time isn't that long which I love.

Although I did not get the car I wanted I am happy with my new 2016 Ford Focus SE. Salesman Pokey Taylor and finance manager Louis made everything easy for me. I am very happy with this dealership and the people I worked with.
