I can't say enough positive things about jbainfiniti and everyone on their staff. I've been getting my car service and buying cars from them for the past 12 years and I've never once went in and felt like I wasn't the owner. Steve Weissberg is the best car salesman I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, he always goes above and beyond to get you the best deal as if it were him making the purchase. If you're looking for a car he is definitely the man to talk to and will get you the most for your dollar. Steve, JR in the service department and the rest of the staff are the reason I will continue to always do business at jbainfiniti even if it isn't to buy an Infiniti.
Walked in on a busy day not intending to buy a car. Walked out with an Infiniti Q50 Red Sport. Everything you hope for in car shopping: ease in a transaction, very efficient and knowledgeable staff, And then driving away in one bad xxx car.
Sales and finance are A 1...recieved a very good finance rate and the customer service was above my expectations. I had all of my concerns addressed by the staff and my purchase was seamless and efficient.

Doug treated me great from the time he found out that I really wanted to buy the car I found at JBA. My adult son and I flew into BWI from Denver where Doug picked us up, took us shopping for a cooler to keep water and soft drinks cold on our trip home. Then he took us to the dealership. While I was taking care of the finance side of the deal, he took my new car out to fill the gas tank for me. We had a tight time frame and needed to be back in Colorado on the 4th day of our trip.
