Worth the trip looked on there website to see what they had we went in later that day and talked to to Chad hey workes with us to the point the we left there approved for the vehicle we wanted we pointed out a few small things that where wrong and with in 30 mins he had all of them replace. Great experience we found our dealership for life !!!!!!
These guys are the "real deal"! Jeff and his sons, Chad and Adam, couldn't have been nicer. They are honest, courteous and accommodating. I was interested in a vehicle from Jeff kies. It was on their website and I requested more information. 2 weeks later still no response..
I do my homework before I step into a dealership. I know what I want, what my trade is worth, and what I'm willing to pay in difference. I am very used to vehicle deals being long drawn-out battles. I was willing to travel considerable distance to Jeff Kies Auto Sales because they had the vehicle I was looking for which I couldn't find locally. I placed a deposit on the vehicle over the phone with Chad Kies. However the deal could not be finalized until I was there in person because I had a trade. When I arrived, Chad already had the vehicle clean and prepped. He quickly evaluated my trade. He knew that I needed to get back on the road, and said that he was going to shoot me his best numbers right from the start. I braced myself and prepared for the battle, but the battle didn't come. His first offer was genuinely fair, and I've never completed paperwork and been out the door of a dealership so quickly. I wish every deal I've been involved with could have been as painless. Because I live several states away, it is unlikely that I will deal with Chad and Jeff Kies Auto Sales again. But I had an excellent overall experience with them and would recommend others give them a chance. With me, they showed themselves to be some of the good guys in the car business.
Just purchase a truck from these guys last week. I drove from Missouri because they had the vehicle i wanted. When i arrived everything was better than expected. The truck was awesome and they gave me exactly what they said they would for my trade. The 2 day trip back home was long but was well worth the trip, Im a happy guy. This dealership seems to be all about the selling you a vehicle. After the sale you might feel like they have forgotten about you. I was told that my vehicle had been through their shop. However after I picked up the vehicle and got it home, the coolant level was low, there was no windshield washer fluid and the tires were not inflated to the proper pressures. To me, that was a very poorly serviced vehicle. Less than 2 weeks of ownership and I experienced a dead battery. I called a couple of times to talk to my salesman to discuss a couple more problems with the vehicle and to schedule a service visit. The salesman can NOT be bothered to return phone calls! What can you expect after they have been paid ??? .. Don't expect much.
all seemed great until check engine and multiple other lights came on four days after purchase. Two weeks after purchase checked oil...didn't even register on dip stick. Transmission oil blacker than tar. Not willing to help..not impressed at all with this dealership
I had a very pleasant experience buying my first car. Excellent service and very friendly. They did not have the car I wanted in stock. I told Adam exactly what I was looking for and he found it for me in a timely manner. I'm so happy with my purchase. Adam was very helpful and answered all my questions. My family has bought several cars from them and they have always provided us with fantastic customer service. Thank you guys so much!
