Would not want to further do business with this dealership. Requested the used vehicle to be detailed before delivery and the dealership said that there was no detailing at their location... Highly unlikely. Not impressed with their customer service or the lack of truthfulness in negotiations.

Immediately, I was impressed with his calm, considerate and professional demeanor... not the fast talking, over aggressive type I've experienced in the past. He answered all my questions, sent me photos of the vehicle and went well above and beyond what I would have expected to ensure the process was smooth and the vehicle was perfect, upon delivery. I strongly recommend Joe Cooper Chevy.
