Very clean, nice dealership. Customer service is POOR! Stay away from the used car part of the dealership. The salesperson actually bragged about how much he makes! They promise you an Amazon gift card if you take a test drive....don't worry, you won't get one. They argue over who gets the commission. If you have been there before, make sure you tell them who you worked with. Very unprofessional! I have purchased multiple cars there in the past but will no longer be back.
Kelly Automotive group is impressive- I have bought 3 Saturns and now one Nissan from them and we would go no other place. Their sales force is very good but I was totally impressed with Jaret Seas, a young veteran who has served his country well and is now putting that learned discipline to work well at Kelly. We would go no where else
We just purchased a certified used 2013 nissan altima from Kelly Nissan and it was a wonderful stress free experience. The sales consultant was Mohammed Khan and from the time we met on the the lot until we drove off in our Altima it could have not been better. Mohammed entertained all my questions and concerns and never did I feel any "sales pressure" which would have sent me away. Mohammed showed me what I said I was interested in walked me through the details of each vehicle. As a senior citizen I was not familiar with all the bells and whistles that came with the vehicle but felt very comfortable as Mohammed demonstrated each one of them until I had a full understanding.. Love the car.. Thank you Mohammed and thank you Kelly Nissan..

My friend referred me to Kelly Nissan so I went to check it out. As soon I got there, I was greeted by Mohammad Khan. He was very polite, respectful, knowledgeable. I told him from the beginning that I am not buy today. He did not care whether I buy or not. He took his time and help me out. He found the car I wanted and it had everything I was looking for. After months of searching for a pre-owned car and getting the run around from multiple dealerships about credit and money down. I came in to Kelly and ended up leaving with a brand new car instead of pre-owned! I could not be more pleased with my experience and I am recommending this dealership to everyone I know! It is nice to know there are still people out there who work really hard to get you what you need!
I had been in contact with this dealership for many days. My schedule at work as an RN made getting there for a test drive hard to schedule. I finally made an appointment to test drive 2 cars. The woman on the phone assured me everything was set up and that I would arrive after a 12 hour night shift to test drive and possibly buy a car. She even gave me her "private" cell number and I was told to call her when I arrived. I did as I was told to do. I called and someone else answered, it wasn't a private cell but a cell for the dealership. Then I was met by a salesman, not the one that I was told would be serving me. I test drove the first car and was told that the second would drive the same. Insinuating I didn't need to test drive the second!! Would he have said the same to a man who was buying a car, I asked myself. Well I found out why he said that to me. Even though I had set this up days ahead, they had lost the keys to the second car. We waited around for 45 minutes and eventually left without the test drive. I have never heard from the dealership with an apology or an offer for another test drive. I did call the original woman who contacted me and explained my anger at my treatment. They build you up before you come and then drop you when you arrive. Very poor treatment indeed. I thought I would be treated with dignity and respect. I received neither. Needless to say I was very disappointed.
