Krieger Ford
This is the first time I purchased a car. I bought 2015 Ford Focus and like the car a lot. The salesman that helped with this purchase was Kevin Hundley and he was great! My friend recommends Kevin to me and i will definitely recommend him to other friends in the future.
I leased another vehicle from Krieger Ford with the help of sales consultant Carl Easley. He makes the process so easy and helps me find a car that meets my needs as well as a car that is within my budget. I have purchased cars from this dealer with the help of Carl for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. His honesty with the products and prices are refreshing and makes the entire car buying experience enjoyable.
This is the 4th time I've purchased a car at Krieger and every time I am so glad I went to Krieger.The salesman that helped with this purchase was Carl Easley and he was great! Instead of the painful experience that can sometimes happen when purchasing a car, Carl made it very pleasant. I walked away wondering why I had dreaded it in the first place! I knew the car that I wanted and the price. Not a problem! The process was quick and ended, once again, with me being quite happy! I have already recommended Carl and Krieger to a friend and I think anybody would be very happy to shop at Krieger with Carl's assistance!
I have known Carl for 20 years. I went in to do some research on new trucks and Carl spent at least 3 hours explaining everything from the Lariat to the XLT, EcoBoost to 5.0. Walked out with a new truck and couldn't be happier. Everyone at Krieger is top notch and Carl tops them all.
In October 2015, I purchased a used car from AC at Kreiger Ford. I found it online and drove to Columbus from Pittsburgh, PA - about 3.5 hours away. I am posting a new review to reaffirm the positive experience I had and continue to have with this salesman and dealership. I purchased the car (a 2013 Buick Regal GS) just a few days before my birthday. AC remembered this, and yesterday he phoned to wish me a happy birthday and to thank me for being a customer. I was so surprised and impressed. I mean, who does that? I have been singing the praises of Kreiger Ford ever since I bought my car, and will continue to do so. When I am ready to buy my next car, I will absolutely look to Kreiger and AC for help!
I want to express my appreciation to Carl Easley and the Krieger Ford team for my wonderful experience purchasing my new Ford Mustang! Carl was very courteous, polite, and answered all my questions. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to show me how to use all the features of the car. Carl Easley is absolutely wonderful when it comes to helping one buy a car. He finds out exactly what you want and he gets it for you with no hassle. The actual purchase process was quick and easy!
I would highly recommend Krieger Ford and especially working with Carl Easley. I just purchased my second car with Carl's help and I find him to be extremely professional and efficient. He is able to assess what you need from a car and work with you to get exactly what you need. I find him to be honest and efficient which I really appreciate. Once my new car arrived he took all the time I needed to help me get the technology set up, saving me the time of figuring it out on my own when I got home. I drove off the lot with all of my settings in place and love my new Escape. Carl is so easy to work with and he is the reason that I returned to Krieger when I was ready for a new car!
