One phone call to the dealership (Nick Powell) and a technician was on site in 5 minutes to jump the battery. I drove it to the dealership, where a loaner car was waiting for me. Later in the day when my car was repaired, I picked it up. The next day a I received a follow-up call to see if my car was operating to my satisfaction. This is customer service as it should be!!! Thanks to all of the Landmard staff.

No matter my concerns I am always greeted by name, taken seriously and accommodated with alternate transportation including point to point drop-off and pick-up. Everyone is always so polite.

our warranty claim was denied because we were 200 miles over the limit, the only problem is that we contacted them before going over and were told not to worry about it they deal with this all the time and to go ahead and drive it. I will never buy another Cadillac again,
