Every time I receive service, all staff treat me like family. Staff is always very prof, offer specials if available and always have me out in a reasonable time.

I called the Dealer I leased from and got not call back. I called Jack at Landmark and left a message. He called me back within 30 minutes and immediately set an appointment for the next day at the time I chose. Jack had the car picked out for me based on our phone discussion the day before. He had all the information regarding available dealer incentives, special discounts being offered, and leasing options. We did the test drive and as we sat in the car before the test drive, Jack went over all the features of the vehicle and demonstrated: the voice activated Navigation system; My sync; Sirius Satellite Radio; power panoramic roof; multiple screens on the dash that also displayed on the Navigation screen; suspension selection and how to change; displays and how to change; park assist; lane keeper; manual and drive selections and the difference between them; pretty much whatever options the car had. We even talked about the paint and the special "crystal champagne" color which changes as you view the vehicle from different angles in the sunlight. The test drive was great. Jack described the ecoboost engine and the benefit to mileage and power and referred to some tests where the vehicle was compared to other, high end performance vehicles and some of the responses owners of other manufacturer's cars made regarding the Lincoln. Jack asked my opinion after the test drive and offered to let me try another vehicle if I liked. It wasn't necessary. I am now in the exact same vehicle I test drove and I love it. He asked when I would like to pick it up and we set an appointment for the Monday morning at 9 am. When I arrived, I was taken to the Finance office and Jack took care of removing my plates from the vehicle I turned in. Jack told me it might take up to an hour and a half to complete the paperwork. It was done in less than that time. That surprised me because 3 years before when I picked up my 2010 MKS, the Dealer I dealt with then told me that same thing and it took over 4 hours! Landmark definitely has their act together. They had the paperwork done in no time as promised. The set my first Service for September. They helped me set up my "MySync" account (add the new vehicle to it). Jack thought of everything. It made the experience fun and enjoyable. Everything happened like clockwork. My last experience, with another dealership, left me apprehensive, doubtful, irritated at the amount of time it took to close the deal. Then the paperwork had to be redone, not once, but several times with subsequent visits. Not so with Landmark. Bang! Bang! your done! I drove off and was back at work before 11 am including the 30 minute commute! Kudos to Jack and Landmark! I'll definitely tell friends and family about you and I'll be back!!!

I am a car guy.....over 300 cars in the past 40 years. I have owned most the luxury brands including Cadillac, Mercedes, and BMW. After a disappointing potential buying experience with a local Cadillac dealership, I decided to give a Lincoln a try and decided to test drive a new Lincoln MKS ECO. Front the very first minute I stepped into the dealership, I was treated warmly and respectfully with absolutely no pressure whatsoever. The test drive was excellent largely because of the salesman's product knowledge which was outstanding. The condition of the demo was immaculate and the MKS surprised me and exceeded my expectations. I left the dealership that day very impressed and decided too do and in depth comparison of the Lincoln MKS and Cadillac XTS. I even went to another Cadillac dealership and test drove the XTS again. My conclusion was that the MKS provided more performance and value and the decision was made to buy the MKS. The final steps in the buying process were equally as positive as my initial impression of the dealership. Without any hesitation, it was the most pleasant buying experience I have had. Bob Davis is an excellent sales professional and is a great ambassador for the dealership.
