Valerie was awesome to work with and helped me find what I was looking for. Michael Gore was amazing with my financing options and I don't think I would have bought a car if not for all their hard work on my behalf. Michael went above and beyond.

Cody and Ray did a great job of tag teaming us and finding us cars to test drive. It was my daughter's first cat and it was a memorable experience.

Checkout all the reviews on Yelp!False advertising. You have probably heard them say on the radio that they will give you $3000 more than the trade in value of your car. That's a big fat lie. The only reason I went in was for that deal so after finding the van that I wanted online I went in for a test drive only to find out that they couldn't sell me the van at the listed price if they gave me $3000 for my car. They would have to sell the van for more of course. So after the test drive we talked about payment plans and I wanted to think about it and look at other options at other places but I felt like they wouldn't let me leave without getting me to buy something. I talked the price down a little bit and luckily I have excellent credit so they got a payment I could feel okay about. Three hours later, after what should have only been a half hour test drive (my kids with a babysitter that hadn't expected me to be gone that long) I got out the door with a new van but I still had to bring it back to get detailed and get my husband to sign. Signing took another hour, in which they tried to talk us into extra coverage that we didn't want. Although they may really think the extra coverage is useful, our baby was screaming and we did not want to be there. All in all, it was frustrating and they need to be more considerate of people's time.Furthermore, They seem like nice sales agents that want to get you a payment you can afford but months after this purchase I realized that they charged me more than we had talked about. They didn't tell me there was a finance fee. Had I known I would have got third party financing. Also, when JJ discussed with me how much my trade in was worth and the price of the car they first told me my trade in would be one thing and the price of the van was another. They negotiated by lowering the price of the van by $500. He neglected to tell me that they decreased my trade-in value by $500 at the same time essentially not changing my overall cost at all!! what kind of deal is that? That is so dishonest. That isn't negotiating this is cheating! Overall the van ended up being $2000 more than expected. I tried calling Doug Webb and he never returned my calls.

I've been checking with our salesman that we contacted, Cody Berg and he has sent us pictures and given us several suggestions of what we might be interested in, within the guidelines of what we wanted. Today he told us about a car that he saw on the lot and we came up and ended up buying it, at first he took us to several other places or other options just to make sure. I appreciate all his hard work and his diligence and he was a great salesman.

Fantastic experience that turned a bad day around!

Fantastic experience! Helped me get out of a bad trade in situation and got me in a hardly used car and it's such an improvement and I'm not drowning upside down in my loan anymore. The staff was fantastic and specifically Cody Berg my salesperson took great care of me. Ask for him and you won't be sorry!

The Salesman and Saleswoman were awesome! Much better experience this second time around than my first! I am writing this review just 3 days after receive it so I just need the financing to come back! If it's around the interest provided before than the experience will be a 10/10.

Jj and George, were awesome! They got our trade in and in the truck we wanted in no time. They didn't jerk is us around like other dealers they were upfront honest and I would highly recommend them to sale you your next car. Definitely a 5 star for them. Thanks guys!

I was foolish enough to purchase a car from the Larry H. Miller used car superstore, they lied about the vehicle, when I paid for a separate mechanics inspection from the Larry H. Miller Chrysler dealership across the street, they also lied in collusion with Doug Webb, the salesman to say the 2008 Chrysler 300 SRT8 I purchased had never been in an accident. I discovered the depth of their lies when I returned to purchase another vehicle and the truth came out about my previous purchase. I had gotten in an accident that was the other drivers fault. When I filed for depreciated value, I was denied and they informed me that the vehicle had been in 3 severe accidents previously. The damage had exceeded $20,000 in repairs on two of them and $13,000 for the third. When I had the Larry H. Miller Chrysler dealership do the mechanics inspection, I specifically told them to look for any indications of accident damage and they lied and said it had never happened.I was told the truth the day after I had selected a truck that I was seriously considering purchasing. When I confronted them about the whole thing and said I didn't want the truck and didn't want to buy anything from a dishonest dealership they used the extended test drive form I signed as a contract to force me to buy a truck that I didn't want and then upsold the interest on my financing, rolled $3,000.00 from my Chrysler into the new loan on the truck and forced me to pay for it all because I told the manager that I was not happy with their dishonesty. All told, Larry H Miller dealerships have cost me almost $30,000.00 due to their lies and horrible business practices.No one should ever buy a car from them. They wholesale the cars from their other dealerships to themselves and mark them up by $2,000 to $5,000 and then show you paperwork that says they are selling you the car for around $500 over the purchase price. These tactics of artificially inflating the price are acceptable business practices in Utah. I contacted the BBB and Gephardt and no one would do anything to expose them.

I give my experience at this dealership 5 stars. The staff were very friendly and willing to take the time to show me different vehicles and compare price options. I worked closely with Jenny and Amanda, and they were excellent! I highly recommend both of them to future customers. The reason why I say this is because they really cared about me, the customer, and wanted what was best for me. Although I did not actually buy a vehicle from the dealership, I will definitely consider them in the future and recommend them to friends.
