By far the best dealership around, hassle free, was uncertain on which car I wanted, due to an accident my car was totaled (Nissan. ) I own 2003 Mach 1 and 2014 Focus. So I wanted to stay with Ford, I purchased the focus at another dealership, not happy at all with them, thats why I came here. I walked around the lot just looking, (No one bothering me ) interested in the Fushion, still not sure. Thats when Susan Harvilla introduced herself to myself and my husband asked a couple of questions .. next thing I was test driving a 2017 Fushion , (loved it), went into dealership she gave the information to Tim Pellicano, long story short... I now own a 2017 Fushion !!! Could not be more happy with the staff at Larson Ford.... Way to go !!! Very professional group of employees. Thank you again.

I had trouble with the Sync system in my 2014 Focus. I was upset that the problem seemed to not being addressed. I called Larson Ford and talked to Louis the Service and Parts Manager, he told me that they would solve the problem for me. When I picked up the car, Louis told me that the problem was with the Sync system and not my iPhone as they had thought. It seems that Ford needs to update the Sync system so it will work with the latest update that Apple did for the iPhone. I was annoyed with the service department, however Louis did restore my faith in their ability to provide excellent service. I want to thank Louis and the shop foreman for excellent customer service.

The vehicle was ready when promised and the sales/finance team helped the transaction run as smooth as possible for trading in an existing vehicle. Staff was friendly, service was quick. I dropped my car off for a recall to be done and they also gave me a list of things my car needed but did not pressure me like Down's Ford did to get it done. Down's Ford was very rude and i was worried to bring it to another dealership but they where very friendly here and i will definitely use them in future.
