I contacted my salesman Dan Schrupp after finding out I was transferring to another state and told him what my situation was and what I needed. Less than a week later I had the car I mwanted and the deal I wanted. I was in there today to finish and was met by another salesman because mine was at lunch and he knew exactly what I was there for. I wish I wasn't moving and Dan wasn't retiring.

The staff is so courteous and fast. They know what they are doing.. Other dealerships never treat the customers like Lenzen's does. They always look so neat and clean too in the shop.
Customer Service is consistently the best in the Lenzen shop. Technicians are always ready for my vehicle when I schedule an appointment and service is completed in the time period expected. This particular service was an unexpected brake line issue, but Lenzen got me in promptly and Mike kept me informed of the findings and repair process. I've never had a negative Service Center experience at Lenzen.
The transmission on my previous vehicle went out and I really needed a new car. Jeff Lenzen was a great help in getting me a great newer vehicle, price and their selection was just as great. The staff there from the mechanics to the office and the technicians to help you get familiar with the electronics were top notch!
They were able to get me in the same day as my call. Greeted me when I entered the service area to give them the key to my truck. Had a waiting area with sodas and water. Asked me if I had any questions when they were done. Good bunch of people.
