I have purchased many vehicles both new and used. We had an awesome experience buying our new truck. Courtney answered every question that we would ask. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and for the first time we experienced no pressure from a car dealer. We have been looking around for a Nissan Frontier, and found the perfect one with the best price, at Leo Kaytes Ford in Warwick NY. We had seen others at many of the other dealers but Courtney, Claude, Leslie and Michael made the whole process easy, smooth and very quick. We were in and out effortlessly in less than two hours. They made the entire car buying process very easy, fun and stress free. I would definitely recommend this dealership without any reservations. The quality of service received was excellent! Your sales rep. Tyler Sittig was very professional and very much interested in pleasing us as to what we were looking for...she went all out to help us out finding the car we wanted...but what turned us away was what I was getting for my truck as a trade in...so we decided not to purchase a new car after all. We are keeping the truck we have now. bought a car from them car was great for the first year. brought the car in for a suspension issue and now all I'm having is problems with the car. first time getting back car wouldn't shift now the car shut off from at random times and they didn't even fix the issue I brought it in for wont be dealing with them again

I needed a dependable work truck so I went to Leo Kaytes ford. Not only was Claude Jailler there to answer my many Question but he came through and found me an awesome truck that I am so very happy with. We purchased a certified 2015 F250 Super Duty in July from Leo Kaytes. We traded in two cars as well. We have been trying to contact the used car manager, Claude, for three months now. We have had issues with our paint on our tailgate which had paint drips which is covered under warranty. When originally contacting our sales person, Erika, several times to fix the issue and make an appointment we had continually been blown off. We had sent numerous pictures of the tailgate through text message to her to get the warranty approved. Still no response 3 months later. Next; our lower valence on our front bumper was falling off before we pulled off the lot. It was not that way when we went through financing. But, after being detailed, it was hanging off. We were assured that it is "fixed". Needless to say, two weeks ago it flew off while driving. Have been trying to contact about both issues and we called with one last attempt, waited on hold for several minutes and was just hung up on. Looks like we will be speaking with Ford Motor Company, and taking legal action.*Also, if I could give 0 stars I would but unfortunately, 1 is the lowest I could do.*

Lazy sales people. Won't refund my $500 deposit

Couldn't find a vehicle for me. Lackadaisical sales staff. they only want to sell what is on their lot. Too much work for them to find the vehicle I really wanted. It's ok. I found it at Rte 23 and drove iPhone the same night. Kaytes can't deliver cars on Saturday. xxx.
