I decided to try to reconnect with my love for Lexus and purchase a new NX. I reached out online and was connected to Erin Brace. I was nervous about the financing but, I had nothing to fear. Martha has over 20 years of experience and truly made me feel at ease with my car loan despite my credit issues. Chris was more like a friend than a sales consultant and made sure I was totally happy and satisfied with my new ride (he also showed me the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the waiting area). You can tell that Chris has Lexus "pride" as he showed me all of his favorite features while orienting me to the new ride. If you are looking for a new Lexus, trust this team! After purchase next day felt a vibration to car went back they said they will check it then can back and said they can't find nothing wrong Went to Honda next door they said it was a balance that I need Had that done and the car ran great Lexus told me it had a lock for wheel that the sales man said he seen but some how next day wasn't there

The Lexus Dealership in Orland Park is by far the most well kept Dealership I've been to for the Lexus Company. I was greeted happily and approached by multiple sales men as i was browsing vehicles. Chris Merx in particular was a sales men that helped me become more aware of the product I had main interest in. Product knowledge from sales men are what keep customers happy. Although I left without purchase that day the information has me wanting to invest in this company. It is a classic chic look interior designed building that made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I can say the service was exquisite.

Very impressive professional dealership.....Chris Merx was very polite and very professional but he was so knowledgeable about every Lexus product.....that's what makes a sale and repeat and happy customers......would recommend this dealership and Chris Merx every time.
Purchased a brand new vehicle 2015 and I have a problem with the air conditioning a bad smell coming from the vents and have taken my car 3 times and they are unable to fix the problem, manager told me that nothing else they can do very rude so I got my car back n get my car keys my keychain was missing someone liked my keychain and stole it, I could believe that some will steal a keychain. I do not recommend people going to that dealership at all.
