My salesperson was Josh Lebeau. He knew the vehicle I was looking at very well and explained all the details. At one point, we couldn't come to a point where I was going to purchase the vehicle but Josh worked hard to make it happen and it did happen. It was a great experience and I love my new 4Runner.
The morning I decided to get a new car I went to a couple dealerships to see what they could do for me. I went to jeep Chrysler in chicopee and they were rude and just laughed at me. Didn't help at all. I went to a couple of other ones and there wasn't anything that liked. So we drove by Lia Toyota of Northampton and stopped by. Right away the service was excellent they were nice and let us look at several cars also answered all the questions that we had for them. Korean O'Sullivan was our sales person and he was great! He helped us get out car right away. I wasn't expecting to leave with a new car that week and I got one in two days. I could have been one of I got their earlier in the day. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had and I definitely will come back her for future cars and recommend that anyone who is looking for a new/ used car should come go there!
