My whole experience with Devon and Lithia Subaru has been exceptional. I met with Devon over 4 months as she helped me decide on which model was for me, patiently answered questions and took me out on more than several test drives. Some dealers might have classed me as a "tire kicker" and paid little attention to me. Devon was patient, responsive, respectful and never pushed me. She did not hassle me in any way. I appreciated her personal input on different models and various options on the cars. She was super knowledgeable about all the models. Each time I met with her or texted her, I felt like she had plenty of time to address my concerns, that I was personally important. And when it came to the actual purchase, nothing was hidden, everything explained fully and every effort made to be sure that I went home with exactly the vehicle that I wanted, and that I was comfortable with the price thay I paid, and I understood everything about each cost item (thanks Geoff). Our entire experience at Lithia Subaru of Oregon City was great. The building was clean and the staff was extremely helpful. As new car buyers my wife and I had an excellent car buying experience at Lithia Subaru. A large part was due to the excellent salesman Patricio. As first time new car buyers we were not sure what to expect. He was very helpful when we test drove different vehicles and answered all of our questions. We did not feel any pressure and he really put an effort in to make this a great car buying experience.Also a big thanks to Louise who I initially worked with online.I would also like the thank Geoff for putting in the extra effort.
