In 2003, I bought my new Jeep Grand Cherokee from a different dealership on this lot. I have only 56K miles on my Jeep to date. I do a lot of my own service because of bad and poor experiences in the past. The experience I have had at Lodi CDJR is one just as bad if not worse. I originally took my Jeep in on 8/6/16 to have the air bag recall performed and to get an estimate for a check engine light. (smog related). For my jeep when it comes to smog issue, I want factory parts. Lodi CDJR furnishes a courtesy shuttle. (I need to rely on the courtesy vehicle because my Jeep is our only vehicle) My Jeep was ready that day for pickup (parts were ordered and I needed the vehicle ). I asked if the shuttle could pick me up. I was asked what time. I said 1 o'clock. They agreed. I waited until 2:30 to call the dealer asking where my ride was. I was told they were just leaving. I brought my Jeep in first thing Monday morning and got a ride home on the shuttle. At around 11:30 I was called saying my Jeep was ready. I said I needed a ride. I was told they do not have anyone available at this time. They would call me when they did. I waited until almost 3:30. I called the dealership back. I was told they just found someone that could get me. Then I waited another 45 minutes for the ride. When I picked up my Jeep my front passenger door window was down about 4 inches and would not go up or down. Ended up being a repair I would have to do. They would not repair unless I paid to have it repaired. All the windows were up when I left my vehicle that morning. My thought is someone slammed the door that broke the cable on the regulator. The next day I tried no less than 6 times to call Robert, the service manager, who was always busy or not in. The operator told me I needed to leave him a voice mail with my name and number and he would call me back. I left Robert a voice mail with my name and number on 8/9/16 . I AM STILL WAITING AND IT IS MONDAY THE 15TH. Robert don't waste my time now with a phone call. My Jeep is a 2003 with low miles and very clean, at no time during any of the work being done was my seat covered with plastic to protect the vehicle seat from the dirty clothes of the mechanics. My Jeep now gets 13.7 miles per gallon, it was getting 18.2 miles per gallon before they worked on it. I will never buy, recommend or have any work done on any of my vehicles at Lodi CDJR. I was thinking of buying a new Grand Cherokee Jeep and pass this one to one of my grand kids. If I do it will not be from this dealership. For the mileage problem I found the cover from the air cleaner to the top of the fuel injection installed wrong. I reinstalled the cover and retrained the computer and now I have my good mileage back. It is really to bad when the customer has to repair what the professionals work on. My personal recommendation use caution and think twice before dealing with Lodi CDJR. Knute

I purchased a set of support bars and a dash cover from the parts department. It was a little confusing at first but we got there. The service was average. No real problems. I did not purchase my vehicle from this Dealership but I might consider it in the future.

Mon. March 10th my sister and I go to the parts department close to closing to get a new alarm key starter for my jeep the clerk luke broke my key alarm starter didn't say sorry instead he wanted to glue it together then we wait 4 min for the manager Robert he didn't apologize for his employee breaking my key and would only take off close to 60 bucks on my bill I walked out so frustrated that they would treat customers like this not caring if they damaged someone's property so with this review I'm not happy and disappointed with this new dealership in town it's sad I have to go to Stockton or Elk Grove instead of in the town I live im
