We purchased a vehicle from this dealer and were totally ripped off. Don lied about the conditions of the vehicle. Turns out the car was unsafe to drive and totally structurally unsound. Car did not even pass emissions. Don told us there was no rust on the car and it was actually covered in it. When we brought up these issues to him, he ignored them and did not acknowledge any of the issues. Do not buy from this dealer, ever!
Went there just looking, told Don what I could afford and he showed me a very nice car that did needed a little work.They were open and honest about the work that needed to be done. They fixed the problems they told me about and went through the car and found some additional items that needed attention and those were fixed also. I told him that I would have a problem picking up the vehicle since I am the only licensed driver in the house, they solved the problem- they delivered it for me. Overall A great place to buy a car.
I can actually say that this was the best process of purchasing a vehicle I have ever been through. It was absolutely painless. I went in with my trade and what I was looking for and the next night I went home with my van. Don was excellent to deal with regarding price and easy to negotiate with. I would definitely send family and friends here. They seem very honest and dependable which is a major plus when buying a used vehicle!
it was a pleasure to meet Scott from Manchester Auto and purchase my '98 Subaru Outback. He gave me a fair cash price and even drove me to the DMV to register it because my wife had to leave to pick up our daughter. the entire drivetrain of the vehicle was fully serviced and the car runs great. i highly recommend these guys if your looking for a solid reasonably priced ride!

Recently purchased a used car. Process was hassle free. Negotiated a good price without a lot of haggling. They did what they said they were going to do and did it when they said. They even went above and beyond in fixing extras and accomodating my schedule.
Wanted to buy a car from this dealer, but the Customer Service contact acted rude and obnoxious. Tried telling me I know nothing about cars, but it seemed to me that he was the clueless one. Told me to take my business elsewhere after I asked a couple of simple questions. Very unprofessional. Never again!
