Ok ... This could be a very long winded review but I'll cut to the chase . My experience at matthews auto was absolutely horrible they destroyed the excitement for me buying my first new car / car I always wanted..I special ordered a 2014 wrx it was almost a full week late but that was a minor inconvenience Compared to what would be to come Once the car was finally delivered to the dealership I went to pick it up and the undercoating I payed $975 for was not done so we planned to have it done at the 1000 mile inspection so I hoped in my new car ready to pull out of the lot for the very first time and the front wheel was frozen solid they called their technician out to high rev. Me new car and drop the clutch several times to break it free now I'm on my way reluctantly.. driving off the lot then the xxxx really hit the fan with only 1789 miles on the car the motor blew up leaving me and a group of friends stranded on the shoulder of the pa turn pike .. I with out hesitation I called subaru road side assistance they assured me they were coming but we waited 5.5 hours no one ever came until I called a tow truck myself and paided out of pocket the next morning I called matthews subarus arrogant sales staff and they laughed and giggled me off the phone just a terrible business if there is anything I could do to keep people from using these clowns that's what I'll do!!!
